I got this model a week ago, I got it to clean my motorcycle as the pressure is good for general cleaning, especially around the engine as it’s not going to damage the electrics like the high pressure washers would, and I find it ideal as I have 2 water buts to put in the hose for use , but I did have to put a small strip of led on the filter to keep it at the bottom of my water but .
I Hold mine down with a Grit guard and a baking weight 😀 I am the same with mine, using in the engine bay easy with less water pressure, and also when I am washing the door seals, before hand I was using my hot Karcher HD 650, this was a nightmare, hot great 👍 pressure just over the top, the only thing is you will be looking out for new Worx toys for sharing your batteries, last week I got the worx pump and Vacuum cleaner, I am going to do a review shortly 😀 laters Steve
I've had mine about 2 years and have only used it about 3 times. It doesn't work worth a crap! And some little connector parts of it have now crumbled twice. Did I say I've only used it about 3 times so it's not from overuse. AND it has practically no pressure at all. I paid about $120 for it brand new and am so sorry I did!
I know what you mean about the pressure, numerous of people have said the same thing, for what I use it for it's ok, but like I said in the video I won't buy it again, I use the hose that came with it on my Karcher K7, battery's I also use on other Worx products, but when I decide to go to a car show then the Worx Hydroshot will be in the boot of the car 😀 laters Steve 😉
I would agree with what is being said here. I have the same model and it's good for light work but the foam canon is underwhelming. If you need a hose and you don't have access to water, then this will work. Just don't think of it as a serious pressure washer.
Mate been saying this for 4 years 😂 even my friends have a later model and they are telling me it's the same thing, to get the extra power you have to pay for it 😒
Hi one thing I found out was the filter, check out this video, I did this because I had the same problem link th-cam.com/video/2blZylaLkyg/w-d-xo.html or this may help : If your Worx Hydroshot is not sucking up water, there could be a few potential causes for the issue. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try: 1. Check the water source: Ensure that the water source is turned on and providing sufficient water pressure. If the pressure is too low, the Hydroshot may not be able to draw water effectively. 2. Verify the correct setup: Make sure that all the connections between the Hydroshot and the water source are secure and properly assembled. Ensure that the intake hose is properly attached to the unit and submerged in water. 3. Clean the filter: The Hydroshot has a filter located inside the water inlet. Over time, this filter may become clogged with debris or sediment, affecting the water suction. Remove the filter and clean it thoroughly under running water. Reinstall it properly before testing again. 4. Clear any obstructions: Check the intake hose and the nozzle for any blockages or obstructions. Clear away any debris or dirt that might be preventing water from flowing properly through the system. 5. Prime the pump: Sometimes, air can get trapped in the system, preventing water from being drawn in. To prime the pump, submerge the entire Hydroshot unit (including the nozzle) in water and squeeze the trigger to release any trapped air. Once the air is purged, try using the Hydroshot again. 6. Battery and power supply: Ensure that the battery is fully charged and properly inserted into the Hydroshot. If you're using an electric model, make sure the power cord is connected securely and the power source is working correctly. If you've gone through these troubleshooting steps and the problem persists, it's recommended to consult the Worx customer support or refer to the user manual for further assistance. They will be able to provide specific guidance for your model and help resolve the issue.
It's very much like a power washer, I have been waiting for one to test, but out of stock, mine you I have been waiting for my Worx hedge cutter to turn up, Amazon keeps updating me saying that they are waiting for delivery 😀 it's all good fun 😀
Great video !! Hopefully you get your hands on the WG649 model ! Foam is incredible I uploaded two videos, the WG450 and WG649. Feel free to look them up on my channel 👍🏼
Thanks mate 👍 this is my 2nd youtube channel, funny thing is some one has given me the snow foam gun today free to use 😀 so I am going to do a free give away with it 😀 that Worx has got the power at a price of a power washer Steve
Funny thing is, I have used hot water though it and it did clean my café and bakery fan that was caked up with oil and fat, also Worx Hydroshot you can get a tile cleaning end for it, now I have not seen this working or have had one, not sure it would work with this model because of the power bit low 😉 hopefully this helps you think about it 😀 laters Steve 😅
@@AutoGleamTruths Trying to determine which one is harder to remove; oil or molds.... I think it'll do ok. 15 degrees is the one with the most 'force' isn't it ? the higher angles are for general rinsing. Did I guess correct ?

I don't think that would touch the sides on a real dirty car , your car was nice and clean before washing.
Good review though 👌
Thanks mate 👍
Get your self the worx 56 bar one miles better !!
