iPhone 11 stuck at 150mA

We have here an iPhone 11 that does not power on and it is stuck at 150mA.

I've got an iPhone 12 with 400mA charging current, and stuck at 80mA on the power supply when trying to boot it. checked the main voltage lines around the PMIC and they all seem normal, no shorts and right voltages
What do you make of that ?
