I noticed a crack near the center of the disc months after I bought it (they had two copies at the long gone retro game shop I got this from, shame I didn't notice it before I left that store, or I would've had it swapped for the other disc they had for this game), so I have to play this game without music on, or the game tends to freeze, or load quite slowly. With the music off, it loads normally.

It goes by the ratio of the characters you use, you have to have characters equal to a ratio of 4. Either 2 ratio 2's, 4 ratio 1's, or a ratio 3 and a ratio 1.
Dreamcast/NAOMI, the other version had transparency problems with some textures (PS2) and various miscellaneous glitches (in the Xbox version the music cut off after a Finest KO, the sprites looks kind a weird in Gamecube, etc). The Dreamcast had a completely different hardware to the other 6th gen consoles, so programming ports was so difficult.
