You can apply an acrylic sealant (such as Golden's soft gel medium mixed with some water in a 2:1 ratio) it will protect the gold leaf from getting scratched, damaged, or tarnished! Thanks for watching! ❤️✨

How long did you wait for the second paint to dry before adding modpodge and then did you wait for the modpodge to dry a bit before adding the gold leaf ?

+DaDleighor DaSleighor I used a hair dryer to dry everything faster, it takes only a couple of minutes. You don’t wait for the mod podge to dry, apply it wet, otherwise it won’t work. Thanks for watching! 🙂

Ciao...!!!ma il mod podge sapevo si usasse per trasferire le foto su' tela e non per applicare la foglia oro......di solito si usa la missione o ad acqua,o alcol o ad olio......ma se si ottiene lo stesso risultato anche con il mod podge mi hai dato una idea e ti ringrazio
