    Looking for this. Thank you from new subscriber from the Netherlands! Going on holiday with my youngest son Odin tomorrow. Bringing the hammock and tarps along with the small tent to practise! 😊

    Just visited your website and watched the equilibrium video. Pure awesomeness. I am so glad that you are making these instructional videos as some of us can't attend your workshops because we are on the other side of the ocean. Thank you Joe and looking forward to your next videos. I know I will be watching and always remember to follow your nose.

    If you hang the tarp over the ridgeline, does rain come under / flow with the rope and drip in? It'd save me carrying a second ridgeline to hang stuff and give something to tie up my bug bivy to!

  • @NeilYoung-hh7ne
    @NeilYoung-hh7ne ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Great video Joe. Quick question what width ridgeline do you use here?

    • @inforestsandlands
      @inforestsandlands  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      And that is a good one. All my ridglines are 6 arms lengths. Finger tip to finger tip. Never guesstimated in meters before but I say about 15

      @@inforestsandlands sorry I meant the thickness of the cordage lol

    • @inforestsandlands
      @inforestsandlands  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@NeilYoung-hh7ne no problem at all. It's 550 paracord for the main line and no.36 or no.40 bankline for the prussiks.
