Thank you for another excellent video. With all the bad news in the world, Justice Brown Jackson's story is an inspiration and it gives me hope for our country.
I applaud Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson. She is an inspiration to girls and ladies worldwide... I never thought I would live to see so many ladies in positions of leadership. I am so thankful to see this. I can see my daughters being in leadership roles such as Justice Jackson....
I always think it’s interesting how so many Americans assume wrongly that a name relates to ethnicity or nationality! My first name is “Arabic” in origin. (I’m not!) my middle name is a male Hebrew name… cuz mom didn’t realize it’s spelling was male & Hebrew. My surname is also Hebrew… but I’m not! I am of multigenerational American, able to track my genealogy back to Massachusetts Bay colonies (on one side) and of Native origin & African-American on other branches. I don’t assume someone’s nationality is German or British merely due to their names but it’s amazing how so many jump to such with “minority” names!
Well I have Ross and brown related to my Ryan lines and Jackson and green are on same paternal side just down different lines out of Virginia,Jones is in same haplogroup just not down same lines on pts. Mt. Lines since 1600s 😊 I'm from Delmarva and Appalachian Melungeon territory including native family ancestry
The term Black isn't a race There is only one race the human race. Her Ethnicity is a mixture of Africans and Europeans her nationality is American. Ones ethnicity can be of various different ethnicities we use theses interchangeable but we are wrong when identifying humans. I'm a mixture of French, African, German and Native Americans ( Choctaw) skin pigmentation is brown my family identified as Creole. Some people may identify me as Black,Indian ?? base on skin pigmentation so what am I? My parents were born at home no birth certificate the hospital listed me as mixed ethnicity. The racism during the times 1950s. I tell people I'm a American 1st. Many people get caught up on mixture of people bloodlines. During the census I listed myself as others. The military listed my ethnicity as Afro/French. The facts are many Blacks have Europeans bloodlines. Americas Great Grandfather on these plantation and merchants took advantage of slavery and pregnageted many African women. DNA testing have shown that 60+% of Blacks in America have Europeans ancestry. You reap what you sow. Paul Ryan should be honored to have a cousin on the courts. A concern Veteran 🇺🇸
I’m glad you enjoyed the video. Actually, Black is considered an ethnicity because it goes beyond skin color. Ethnicity relates to shared cultural, traditional, and family bonds, all which describe Black Americans. Black is actually a culture and not really a race as race determined by skin color is not scientific. There is only one race of people and that’s the human race. Everything else really defines us by nationality, culture, ethnicity, etc.
@@LifewithDrTrishVarner Yea i think I may have just learned something today! Also I enjoy all your videos lol old and new your channel is all I’ve been watching on TH-cam these days

I went to school with Paul he was 2 grades above me.
So her husband is related to his wife. Not a stretch.
Did I miss something, where have you given the information as to how Ms. Brown is related to Paul Ryan?
Paul Ryan is married to Ketanji's husband's twin brother (William), wife's sister! Whew, Imma sit down and catch my breath.
