Hi Dave, I hope you're doing well. Thanks for sharing your knowledge with all of us, I've learned many things with your videos. Dave, I will start a new proyect in the place where I work, using low pressure molding machines, if it's possible, could you tell us about overmolding process?? pherhaps in a future video. Thanks
Yes I have we seen one & used one at another company. They are really good to have if you have some water lines clogged up. Thanks for watching the channel I greatly appreciate it.
Hey Dave, thanks for that list of mat - vs - mold temps you've put up for us, I'll copy that and keep as an Excel css, if you don't mind the theft ofc ;-) Quick question, although slightly out of context here; how do you/they bring the actual mold temp up? What sort of heater(s) would you recommend if this is what its being used?
There are a lot of different Thermolators units you can try. If the water is needed to be 70' or less then you should run on chiller water. If you run 75' or hotter then you will run on tower water using thermolators to help heat the molds up. When heating water up the thermolatros will have a close loop system in them so under pressure you can heat a mold up to 210'f. There are a bunch of different ones we use Conair, Wittmann, & Thermolate. Let me know if this is what you were looking for. thanks for watching
@@injectionmoldingskillsmore1064 Spot on the question, appreciated. I'll have a look at the products from those 3x manufacturers you've listed and take it from there. Something I need look at this month in fact, we're powering the new IMM tool equipment in a week. Again thanks for the awesome content you put up, and for taking the time. All the best
Thanks, David, This video reminds me I got one more thing need to pay attention to.
Thanks so much for watching & the support to the channel.

Have you seen SEEK thermal camera? Super easy way to see cold spots of mold, barrel, or even on the old school Uniloys.

p.s. "Thermolator". Probably why I didn't found too much info on the subject earlier. Easier and much faster with the correct term/definition. Thanks.
