- Turns I was blind and didn't noticed that Edward was straight up using the classic animation when the function was turned on, well that explains why I had so much fun with this before. Anyway, I just uploaded the mod, if you don't mind edward jumpin out of the world here and there, go ahead and try. It's really very fun to use.

I like how Edward's movements are less flashy and eagle-like. It suits his character better.
I'm glad this is a mod for those who prefer that style of striding, but I'll just stick to the default since I prefer that smoothness personally.
Im glad the Ezio and Altair style of jumping was included in assassin's Creed Mirage
Unpopular opinion but I liked original jumping animation they had for basim, they just needed to speed it up, this one just looks too sticky in my opinion
Did you ever realize that the online parkour is more similar to the old game then black flag actually is. The controls are still the same but the side ejects have more time to work you keep your hands by your sides like old games so you don’t mantle as quick what ac 3 introduced and the running animations
The animation used actually looks similar to Altair's in Bloodlines. Looks a bit more snappy though.

I have to be honest here. Edward jump is more natural.

Pretty sure the animation is reutilized in the mod so yeah, it will look less natural

Personally I liked the animation from AC4 more, but the ones from AC1&2 make the game feel better and quicker I think.
I like the original one, Edward jumps are better honestly
I always loved the "naruto" running arms of the original trilogy. You can see the arms' position changes with the modded animations here too - I think it's better at reflecting the need for equilibrium in the movements. Great work!

the animations in the ezio trilogy were great. personally i prefer them over Ezio's.

it’s not varied at all but the animation for everything besides running looks more realistic in ac1-rev over the kenways

Can we just take a moment to appreciate how beautiful this 2013 game is
Dunno if you can notice but there's a tiny one-frame remnant of the old Ezio/Altair sprinting animation you can see after Edward jumps the gaps and runs on a straight line. You can see this in AC3 as well.

cool for nostalgia reasons but the animations they used and started with in ac3 are just much more natural and realistic
Imagine if this game had high profile buttons with lock on button. That combat was just better

A big upgrade, Black flag and Rogue parkour felt heavy and slow Ac3 is older than both yet that game has better movement.
I love the rpg games but unity had the best parkour by far imo and black flag had the best sailing
Uh... okay maybe it's just me I watched this video like five times and I honestly cannot tell the difference between normal jump Edward and Mod jump Edward. So yeah I don't see it.
