Hey man I have just recently found your TH-cam channel and you are literally the only person I watch I have just recently got into hunting by myself and your videos have helped me out tons and I love watching your videos I would also like to thank you for your service as I have just enlisted in the army and will be leaving for basic in two months keep up the great videos man
Thanks for the kind words! My brother actually recently retired from the Army. Good luck in basic training, just keep your head down and do what they say and know that sometimes there's no right answer and the punishment is just part of the program, lol. Do you have a guaranteed job that you'll be going into or did you enlist on an open contract?
Wiggy's Wilderness I joined now knowing what I wanted to do but I have chosen 68 whiskey a medic but I live in nc and wouldn’t mind meeting you man you should have a small meetup or something
Love that tent. That's going to make a awesome hunting camp. I can't wait for your upcoming videos. All you will have to do now is put in a deer pole. Thanks for the up date.
A buck pole is the first thing on my to-do list when I get back out to the camp. I got a 4:1 pulley system to hook up so I can lift one off the ground easier. I had a pole out there but it's a few years old and I wouldn't trust it to hold anything with any size to it anymore.
Hey man, I sprayed my sod cloth with permethrin to help with the critters here in Cumberland county . I run a Hunter's Tent from Panther Primitives I've had for 30 years. Get it full strength from Tractor Supply cheap. Love your style.
Echo that on the Thermocell. In South Georgia and North Florida we would probably stay home instead of venture out without it! We joke that it seems we spend almost as much on refills as anything else. After season you can find them on clearance prices, so you can always have a backup sitting in the truck incase one fails.
Big wolf spider . FYI , get a bottle of Permitheran spray . You cant get it on Your skin wet but treat Your clothes , tent floor covers , walls . when dry it's amazing stuff and it will last for a few washings . I treat stuff once per season .
I do. I sold off a lot of my archery stuff this year, the only thing I kept was my Samick Sage recurve, the SAS Siege compound, the Barnett Quad 400 and and Jaguar.
You’re a knowledgeable guy Wiggy. I wasn’t fortunate enough to be involved in the summer camp scene but there’s a ton of knowledge to gain as a youngster. Hope you have a great season. I’d pop that loud mouth doe first chance I got legally lol! Hope you have a great season!
All the carbon monoxide should go out with the chimney pipe the same as it does in a house. As with anything (even in a home) there's still a small chance that there could be a problem, but probably much less chance in a tent since it's not anywhere near air tight since it has no insulation and one end is just tied together in a few spots and even the stove jack doesn't make an air tight seal. I have a digital carbon monoxide detector that I can take out there, but I doubt it'll ever even get high enough for it to read on the scale.
enjoyed the video greatly. thanks for sharing. I'm guessing this will be your new home at the camp site come regular deer season? Leaving it there all season long?
I'll probably leave it out there, but I'll have to take a waterproof container out there big enough to put the tent in, since I don't want to leave it set up all season. I'll just set it up and take it down as needed. I'm worried if I left it standing that either a limb would fall on it or a wind storm would mess it up (like what happened to my last tent).
If it's dark outside and you're inside the tent with a light on, then you can see it from outside. But if you don't have a light on in there, no one can see what's inside.

I always liked baker tents.

Very excited for the improved quality and content Wiggy! Can't wait for deer season!
Nice Tent!! Can't wait to see it setup at Deer Camp!!! That climbing stand will help you alot on making some good hunting videos!!
Really like the new tent! 50 cal ammo can stove would work great in that size tent. Good Luck on your deer season.👍
What about ventilation for co2, is the door enough? Seems like one would want a rear window too.

Wiggy's Wilderness ok, thanks!
Get yourself a Thermocel for those early season hunts. Worth their weight in gold.
I bought one a few weeks ago and I forgot to take it out with me, lol. I'll remember next time for sure!
I'd be afraid of coppeheads getting in, without a sewn in floor.
Awesome didn't know that the seems did that. I got a cheap stove I got from Amazon forgot the name of it I'll check my review of it and tell ya.

TMS portable military stove not sure why it's called that but it works.
Wiggly they want 475 for each brand new. Official bsa wall tent
Does the tent show shadows? Can you be seen while your on the inside from the outside
If it's dark outside and you're inside the tent with a light on, then you can see it from outside. But if you don't have a light on in there, no one can see what's inside.
I'm ready for deer season. I live @ the ga/tn line around Chattanooga on the Ga side.
Parabéns pelo canal, muito bom todos vídeos postados!!!
Yeah, screw spiders!
Check Sportsman's guide their wood stoves seem to be the most affordable usually
