I hate to break it to Rob, but if there is enough force to make a body part turn in a way it's not supposed to, and you reenforcement that part, all your doing forcing somthing else to turn in a way it's not supposed to. Like a common hiking issue is if you get your ankle caught in somthing like tripping or falling, your ankle might be okay because it actually can't move at all. But instead it turns into a serious knee injury which can end up being a chronic problem Not saying more armor is a bad idea, just that it's definitely not as simple as "don't let it bend that way"
While I do think more can be done to prevent injuries, it's incredibly difficult to reinforce joints, specifically ankles and knees, without simultaneously severely limiting complex mobility. Athletic tape, which can provide some extra resistance to certain types of twists and stretches, is the best at the moment for small stuff, but I think you underestimate how hard it'll be, at a physics level, to protect against 300 lbs moving at 15mph torqueing a limb the wrong way
The bills are in injury hell. Every time we do well essential players go down it happens every year. Nuffle is displeased with us, the chaos gods require a sacrifice!
My sicko onside kick rule; You line up for a normal new kickoff, refs need to be told but the other team doesn't, landing zone becomes the 45-35 (between the two teams start point to five yards behind the receiving team). Suprise is back, probably ok but low odds to snag it, incentives weird deployments and makes kickers really grind out dropping a ball in a set area. Imo I'd also change the kickoff to remove back of the endzone touchbacks (count them as out of bounds) so this would synergize eith making kickers need to be able to drop balls in specific zones of the field.

31:25 The soccer rule since VAR is in is that refs should allow plays to finish in all non-safety related fouls, just because you can always review it later.

Are the Commanders a risky lock? I felt like with my team (the Browns) having one of the worst offenses in the league and Daniels on fire right now that its an easy lock.
Having good WRs back isn't going to fix Jalen Hurts's absolutely atrocious bottom-of-the-league pocket presence. Now here's a guy who simply can not read a blitz. He's walking ass-backwards into sacks, doesn't even check to see if free rushers are coming at him, and if he does see a rusher coming at him that he didn't expect he just chucks the ball away even if his pass protection is able to diagnose and handle it.
Truly don't understand what McDaniel has done to earn any grace. Horrible collapse last year. Mid the year before (tho injured). Literally the worst team in the league rn, we'll see if they get better when tua comes back. Pretty certain he's bad.
I’ve been listening since 2018, every episode, and love the show and all the dudes. But Apollo has gotta chill with the negativity and complaining man, it takes so much space every episode nowadays
Last time I was here this early, Sin was still complaining.

Last time I was this early Melvin Gordon was on the Chiefs
Who?
Melvin gordonnn???
The protection covo is great while watching Rugby hahaha
Baer sounds like Carl Wheezer in the opening. Based.
So the armor think falls apart as you just keep changing where things break untill they cant move because the ammount needed for it is just to heavy
Can't wait for the time when rob sounds like Steve Spagnuolo looks

Man really starting with the chair squeek
It's an established part of the intro now!
Can we make him wear plate armour and do a combine and see how he holds up
Last time I was this early RGIII was still at Baylor

Miami needs to do a Tank for Tua part 2 at this point
Spend this year dishing then tank for Milroe
Crendor I Wantae my Devonte
All of this Eagles slander is missing the context that we're injured to hell and missing BOTH AJ Brown and DeVonta Smith :/
Unless they are invested in the team they rarely check that...

yeah its ridiculous. Rob is too positive and apollo is WAAAY to negative its fucking grating on the ears
I wish Apollo would keep his idiotic political takes and jokes away from the podcast. I swear, wish we had Sinvicta over Apollo.
Idk how you can say that with Rob on the podcast lol. I personally like the both of them but then again it doesn't bother me at all as much
