- Pfffff..... 30 years ago!!! What happened?
Think ive seen Fish around a 15 times and this was probably the best.
The band and Fish were in topform and the interaction with the audience was brilliant. Go and buy the cd from this concert; sushi.....

I got this concert on a double cassette pack. It was 1994 or 1995. As a teenager I had no idea who Fish, or Marillion is.
With fresh approach, of a young person I got totally carried away by the charisma and energy of Derek and the band.
As this concert was never released on DVD it is just incredible feeling to see how it all looked like in Utrecht during the gig.
For me, still until this day, it is the best Fish Live performance ever.
Great job of combining this amateur recording and CD audio.
I could never imagine I will actually see this incredible performance with my own eyes :)
Thank you for the great job and for bringing my teenager memories back!
Fifty years on, Fish's career will be on top of the all time best, like Dylan or Springsteen or Lennon.

Personally, I loved the use of double guitar solos (on occasion) throughout this album, but we need to see the other half. Incubus was incredible, especially the double guitar solo! I have been looking for the video of this exact concert on iTunes for years and I wish it were available to buy.
It doesn’t have to be the video as I mostly just want to listen to it over and over again like I used to, except no matter where I am because it would be on my iTunes. So…… what do you say, Fish?

The early live CD's Fish released were so much better than the later ones, his voice is totally shot and he continually complains about his multitude of health problems, he became an old man very early, don't bother with his later stuff, most 80 year old Musicians are still performing brilliantly but Fish caused his problems through bad lifestyle, drugs and alcohol sadly.
Saw his first gig after Marillion, passed my mate the beer he was swigging. Fabulous stage presence and music/vocals spot on

Thnx for sharing. I was in that remarkable evening at Vredenburg in Utrecht. Unbelievable that this is 30 years ago. In those days Marillion, and after the split Fish, was more of a lifestyle for me. Now 30 years later I still love his music and lyrics of course.
