I wish my public transportation was that good, for me to take a bus it would take an hour and 30 minutes and would drop me off no where near my job. It's pretty much impossible to live without a car where I live at.

Something I've noticed in Japanese:
Why do so many sentences end in "と思います" ?
I know what it means, but when you translate these sentences to English it seems unnecessary to include "I think" so often. Is it a cultural thing, or does it have a dual meaning?
It is very cultural. It makes it softer. You are not saying it is this way. You are saying it's just your opinion.
I agree that it's a cultural thing. They are really humble and modest so they seldom say things in a way as "state of fact" to make you feel "you have to take it". Instead they add it in most sentences to avoid sounding "arrogant". It's more obvious when they speak English, since they try to use " I think" in the end of most sentences too. : )

Probably, this video was filmed in Sendai, the capital city of Miyagi prefecture, and most people in this video have the particular accents around there, which is clearly different from the standard accent.

it's hard to keep up with the speed of their speaking.
When she's so surprise with 50 minutes commute while my commuting time is around 3 to 5 hours because of traffic jam. Makes me envious.

I think most of books on Japanese nowadays use a different transcription system. Like "furui" instead of "hurui". And "~tai" is usually an ending and not a separate word. And "komu n desu" instead of "komun desu".
The questions are easy but the answers are not. But I like that. Though "easy" is misleading.
In my city, you have to wait the bus for about 30 minutes to one hour. So we hate taking bus unless if we don't have any choice.

what she meant is when she sits on the bus, there is a wall ( a back of a chair ) in front of her, instead of some strangers when she sits on a train

in 3:33, what is 'ダイヤって'? couldn't look it up in the dictionary.
I found ダイヤ means ダイヤグラム (diagram) and in this context, it means the train time table. (as the subscript says).

In the dicitionary I can not find anything but 'daimond' forダイヤ.

ダイヤ means a schedule for buses or trains. It comes from ダイヤグラム (diagram).

As you know, Most of Japanese could not understand English at all because of Japan country surrounded by big Pacific Ocean and Japan Ocean so many years isolated from other countries., so Japanese invented katakana instead of English and same time they try to abbreviate the katakana(ダイヤグラム）to simple katakana(ダイヤ）.

In some part of the video when they ask about some lenght in minutes it says nan hun in other nan bun and when they answer they say for example yonjuupun. u _ u Am I missing something? :'( I know there is a variation in some kanji pronunciation when they come second, if someone can please explain me this case I would really appreciate it

I think she meant that there IS a wall, and asked for some sort of confirmation to the interviewer by saying じゃないですか？, which in this case means "right?"
I feel less bad about the transportation in my country if even Japanese busses can come late🤣🤣

Does anyone know what is the meaning of "mitai" in the introduction?
mitai, or みたい, is added to the antecedent verb, and means "try to do sth" "would like to do sth." In this case, the antecedent verb is "Kiku", or to ask, and the entire phrase means "would like to ask about..." Incidentally, "Kiku" is inflected here to become "kiite" because of "mitai."
