@ Nice goal! How are you doing now then, close to 4? I also want to peak my shape for May, there is a Grand Fondo race in Austria i would love to race in 😎
I think FTP may differ of how its been measured. For example in Zwift FTP test are about 20mins, but in Tacx its 45mins, and after 20min i can make much higher FTP, compared to 45mins in Tacx app, because after 45mins you are much more exhausted.
Yes, I agree that there is different formulas and different ways to meassure FTP. As long as you use the same metric and or test, at least you can track your own progres/degress. This was my first "FTP" test of under 20 min, so it might be a few % off
@@ludwigbarnes3058 wow for real? I thought seated it only applies to the ramp test due to the increase of the resistance every 1min 🤔 What about getting new FTP after a race, then it doesnt count?
Those are some great numbers man, congrats on your progress! Ride on and most importantly remember to have fun on the bike!
Keep pushing the watts!! Good resultaten!!
Well done, a great boost, clearly hard work has paid off. Best of luck in 2025!
Thank you so much 🙏💪
Hell of a result and Merry Christmas to you, too!
@@theCLEcyclist Thank you so much 🎄🥳

Takk Ørjan! Va heldig med pace-ing ja :D God Jul til deg også
You make that look easy. I'm sure you have more left in the tank.🎉
I can promise you, it always look easier on the video, but feels terrible, hehe.
Great job and great increase!
@@VeloViking Thank you! Lets see what 2025 will bring 🤩
@ My goal is to hit an ftp of 4 w/kg in 2025 in preparation for my first ultra gravel race in Portugal in May🙂
@ Nice goal! How are you doing now then, close to 4?

@ I’m currently at 3,7 w/kg (319 watts at approx 83-85 kg)and I aim to drop some kilos and increase my wattage to around 325-330🙂
@ Thats totally doable! 2w up and 0,5kg down per month and you are there 💪
Well done 👏🏾

Temu zwift 😅. Graphics looks a bit off. Not trying to diss
@@hbmedia4381 Hehe i know right. There is always room for improvement 😅 Thanks for the comment
We should all ask him to remove it 😅
Not a true account for an FTP. Stay seated the entire time.

Lol... Having to stay seated. Come on... That's a joke.
Next one is you have to do it on the flat.
@@PedroPrego Yes I see many people has different ideas of how it should be done. It might explain why I got higher power though 😅
@@LofotenCyclingNo its stupid idea to stay seated. Some ppl push alot easier standing or just mixing it... Its ridiciolus.
@@nagasava8439 I mean, in my opinion, if your legs produce the power, it counts. Seated, standing, or mixed 🙌💪
