Container Shopping mall.

This is a container shopping mall made from 8x40ft High cube container each modified into 5 commercial stalls and 4x20ft each modified into 3 commercial stalls.
The combination gives a feel of a shopping centre wish 8x8ft stalls rental.
All the containers come with roller shutterndoors, electrical wiring and fitting, steel partitions and spray painting.
The structure comprises of the foundation Pillars and cabro on the spaces between the containers, the containers themselves fully customised, staircase and balcony to access the upper container stalls and the roofing.
The design is informed by land orientation, access roads, customer preferences among other factors.

Perhaps a translucent or transparent roof between the containers pouring into the gutters during the rainy season while also allowing natural light would greatly improve the structure.

Eli the cost is purely dependent on the the number of containers we use for for a particular piece of land. Currently 20ft container with 3shops cost Kshs. 450,000 while 40ft with 5shops cost kshs. 800,000. there will be extra cost for the roofing, balcony, staircases and the ground preparation.
