As a Stampeders season ticket holder, I love the experience of Jay being in charge. Even little tokens like getting a coin-toss coin, concession specials, and other things to improve the game-day experience (the pyro was really stepped up last season over previous ones).
Get us a roof like BMO in Toronto with modern video boards across the entire length of the roof, speakers mounted on the roof instead of the end zone, and upgrade the concourse, and McMahon is suddenly one of the better venues in the league.
I'm still partial to the pulled pork parfait, but I might have to do the potato per your recommendation. Go Stamps Go!
Facing a weather delay at the moment, screw the BMO style roof, and just transform McMahon into a full retractable dome like BC Place! 😂

I have some good and bad news from McMahon.
Good: Baron Haus is in a better location (where the fried chicken place was last year)
Bad: I didn’t see either the potato or pulled pork parfait on their menu 😭 although I can’t wait to try out the Stamps Cheesesteak on their menu.
No potato OR pulled pork parfait?! That Stamps Cheesesteak sounds fantastic 👀
My sources say the loaded potato is now behind Section E!
