- I'm looking for a white summery dress to wear on holiday so I popped into New Look and picked up a dress and a couple of other things ( all of them white) while I was there.

Oo I’ve just bought a similar shirt, I thought it would be nice used as a very fine jacket over my tees or some of my dresses 😊

The white dress is absolutely stunning. The apricot top is lovely but you need a thin cami under that. The cropped top is a bit boxy on you tbh.

I think when Tops are a bit Voluminous it’s better to have narrower bottom Trouser or Skirt?

Hi Rhi another good video thank you. I thought the first shirt was boxy on you. I prefer your white tshirt on as its more fitted. The lace top was pretty but very see through on the top which might show even more in pictures. The dress was ok on you but I think you could find something better in white. You would look great in a white broderie anglaise shirt dress🤗

I love the white Lacey top but it’s not right ….it needs a lining, then it would be gorgeous! The dress is really pretty, a definite holiday dress, but maybe a bit beach wedding dress looking! I think the first white shirt would be useful but it is pricey compared to supermarket prices!

Hi Rhian, l liked the last 2 items best . Would you wear them enough and white will require a lot of washes so the material would matter . The first blouse was nice with the beige colour shorts rather than the dark coloured pance. ❤
Yes, white needs a lot of care. I don't think I would get enough wear out of them.
I think you could find better for the money you spent, although nothing was horrendous. I thought the dress was a good shape and fit on you, but too much volume round the top 😊

Thanks Chrissie, it wasn't the best of shopping trips. At least I can learn from what doesn't work. Well, hopefully I can, it seems to be a continuous learning curve. Sometimes what's in my imagination just doesn't turn out right in reality x
I like the first boxy top. The second top, well the design of the lace makes target circles on the breast area. Not something I would be comfortable wearing. The dress is nice.

Hi they are from M&S Per Una range. I bought them too after seeing how nice they were on Rhi. They still have them on their website. Very soft and comfortable.
