Just a suggestion...add gutters to the roof and have them drain to a barrel or IBC tank use to water the chickens.

Love your chicken real estate. Have you considered gutters as water catchment into some sort of container? Then you have a source of water close by for the we chucks

Many people feed and water the chickens of course, but many forget that chickens need very small , and or oyster shells to strengthen the egg shells and it also allows the digestion that the chickens need which is the function of the gissert
The channel “Doss Farms” feeds excess eggs back to the chickens. He’s been doing it for years and it does make for stronger shells. Will it need some kind of heat in the cold months? You could fix up a camera to keep an eye on them as well as a couple of solar lights. Will could start a business with his chicken coop build.
I would love to have chickens. Not got the garden size for it though. I know chickens like to climb up into a tree. We were in turkey and there were two chickens that at the same time every night would hop up into the tree and nest there for the night. It was next to our apartment where we stayed at. Was nice as chickens just roam around free there in Turkeye. There was a cockeral that made it's noise at about 5am. But we got used to it and sometimes would sleep through it. So chickens actually like to nest up in a tree. Maybe have a kind of a small tree in there and stand it up somehow. Maybe. Just a suggestion
hammer sea shells would work well too for the chickens

When you first got your chickens if you would have put the chickens inside for a few days , they would have learned on their own to go into the shed easier on their own
Make sure there’s no holes bigger than an inch or pine martens rats and weasels can get in
Dry food and greens no wet food gives them sourer crop grit breaks down the food in the crop wet food gets clogged
