Lew Bear well, if you check their website ( www.maddogmcrea.co.uk/ ) they do have a list of events. i also have a CD they done donkeys years ago that's got some stuff not on youtube, including that one song from the jungle book, and they're real nice people too! Edit: They're gonna be at their "normal" (at least for me) spot of Kitty O'Hanlon's on the 4th of may, and to get there, just go to Plymouth city center and next to the banks, there should be an old road with a shop called "buffet city" on one side, and a church/bar on the other. there's a car park next to Buffet city. Opens at 3PM and the price is (as fairly normal) free! :)
Oh, I've seen them live before and I intend to see them again. Just be nice to see them at random in the street Even had them dedicate Am I Drinking Enough to me and my old band (Cross The Border) at Merry Tom festival coz we'd covered it and they heard it. That was a top moment I'm not normally a nervous live performer, but seeing one of your favourite bands walk in the marquee and sit down to watch you, when you're seeing one of their songs get closer and closer in the setlist certainly got me twitching lol
I can only imagine how cool it'd be to be randomly wandering down the street and see this lot in action!
welcome to plymouth, we have them by the court every so often, often around holidays like bonfire night
kingemocut Will have to try and make Plymouth this years holiday destination :-)
