@@OttoFrederick yes! how do you leveraged your team inputs with less than 5 people. I’m feeling that I should reduce my staff but don’t know where to start, what is the best way to leverage tasks accordingly to specifics skills and personalities etc
how many staff have you got rn and what roles are they fulfilling? The quickest and most strategic move is leveraging full stack klaviyo implementers (as opposed to hiring copywriters, designers, technical experts, VAs etc)
@@OttoFrederick Me and my 3 partners (Me doing the delivery of the b&r service, one partner doing tech (creating integrations), another one selling and the other one selling internacional (I’m from Brazil). We have another 5 members doing CS, Support, helping developing integrations and the other 2 are kinda “lost” trying to help me with the operacional part but they are not leveraged…
