I love this format and would like to see more of them. Lunges are the hardest exercise for me and I have struggled with the balance and ability to reach the floor with my knee. However, that was my goal and today was the day! I started with no weights, holding onto a surface, and just going down part way. I gradually moved away from the balance support, added a weight and got closer to the floor. Today I was able to alternate legs, tap the floor each time with my knee while holding a weight! Small victories aren't really small - 70 year old.
loved it, thanks ! a little bit of cardio added would be even better. I am 56 and just outperformed a class of 20 year old women in strength and conditioning, thanks to you !! They could not believe I got to this level by doing workouts at home. Please keep it up.
This was a great full body strength workout. It usually takes me a lot to get my heart rate up but this workout did it for me! It had me huffing and puffing with no cardio. I didn't use the heavy weights you did but I kept within my own abilities and with an elbow issue I need to be careful not to lift too much. Thank you Tracy!
I do like these formats and would love to see more if you are offering to do more! The 4 sets allows me to adjust my weight and I had heavy enough weights to build muscle. Love love! Thanks Tracy!
Loved this one! I like the format. I've been following your workouts 3x/week since June (after fracturing my wrist/surgery/being diagnosed with osteoporosis at 53). My home gym is usually in my garage but it turned too cold this week and so after a holiday break (oops) I've moved some of my weights to my office and this workout worked there as well. Thanks!

I liked this a lot. It pushed me to select heavier weights knowing that there were 8 reps per. I needed it to push out of my weight comfort zone. Definitely think you should mix this style in . That’s what I love about your workouts….expect the unexpected! 🎉
Great workout! At first I was worried about 4 rounds but it really pushed me to increase my weight and push through. I like switching it up to doing rep range too. It gives me a number to aim for. Thanks again for an awesome workout Tracy!
This was Hella hard but Hella Gooood!! Doing it more structured in super sets is alot harder than the way I was doing as single sets for 3 rounds, that 4th round was KILLER!! This will be on repeat 3 times a week. The Elevated front squat loaded in the front makes a huge difference. Loved this workout!!
Loved this format! Hit all the muscle groups and I was breathing HARD at the end with those reverse lunges! This is a great one to come back to when I want to work out but just don’t know what to do.
