I think the dutch door, and weekly spread is such a great idea, I feel like this is something I can do for 2020, especially since mean to be creative but can never find the time to draw.
I have this habit of when I go to events/try something new or just wanting to keep a memory of something that I really like I would try and grab a "souvenir" if you like and now I have all these bits and pieces that I don't want to throw away but I don't know what to do with them. After watching your channel (and other one's) it just clicked that I should keep a journal so I can store all of these things and also write a short blurb about it. I really like your style of journaling and yr sketches too! Thank you for sharing your 2019 journal, there are soo many great ideas that I will definitely use for my own journal and I will definitely give all yr sketches a go 👍

For Christmas 2 things I'm getting are paper mate flair markers aka the best markers for bullet journaling and a journal for 2020 and i can't *WAIT* to start writing cute things in it from off Pintrest and stuff
I looove the illustrations and minimalist style but so many waste of space resulting to 2 bullet journals within a year😖 I just started mine this month. I already made a set up until October and it only took me like less than 15 pages. So I'm still gonna use my notebook for 2021.
I love bullet journals but I find that when it gets busy you don't have time to do it, yet that's the moment you should need it more... idk, it's pretty but it never worked for me
I loved keeping up with your “plan with me” videos each month this year! ❄️ I remember you set a couple of pages where you planned to put a little doodle for each month but I could not spot that spread here. Did you use it at all?

But I saw on their website, that the medium size has 190 pages - how come this amount isn't enough for a year? I calculated how many pages I need (jup I actually did that) for what I am planning - about 90-100. I ask because I am not sure, weather I should buy 2 :)

OK so I have a question… I literally just started doing bullet journals like today set my whole day doing them but I have a question are you supposed to do them every single month doing the next month or do you do it all at once and add to it later on someone please help!
Mikaela Westphal it's nicer in a way if you do one month at a time. I do it because things change every month and I have the option to change things as needed, whereas setting up the whole year in one go just becomes overwhelming, and it's easy to lose motivation that way too.
It's gorgeous but I have the feeling many of you waist so much paper, in the sense that I see too many blank pages... For instance, I did not understand why you changed notebooks when you could have done the whole year in just one. But besides that, again, it is gorgeous!
