I didn't understand this song until my parents got divorced a couple years ago and my brothers moved in with my mom and it was me and my dad in that great big old house by our selves.....First time I heard this song after the divorce I was driving and had to pull over and cry. Thank you Robert, this song helped me move on.
This reminds me if my life also. My Mom and Dad, Grandfather and 8 of us children. And any child that needed us. Our dining room table was picnic table. I never seen my Mother sit and eat with us. She was always cooking. My Grandfather died in 77. My dad 02 all of gone. My Mom in 09. And then the house was quiet. My youngest brother bought the house and kept it big. It will never be the same. But am thankful I can always go back there.
I've seen Cray 3 times. Dude can still blow vocals like when he first arrived. Best blues singer I've heard
i've seen him twice and haven't heard him sing off key once, he has such a great voice and such a nice range

Firstly thank you Robert, I lived through this when my marriage of 16 years ended sadly in divorce, 6 years ago. Life can be hard but life can also be good. I guess that's what life has taught me. Blessings from above always x

I’m 64 my parents have long since passed away. I remember settling the estate when Momma passed away. We divided all our parents worldly things. Why did the Tupperware Popsicle Molds make me tear up? Why did she save that paper with my hand traced on it when I was 5? So many memories big and small! Nothing left but memories brick wood and stone!

Scream for the song if you have too! Where is the tradition?. Family company didn't know who they had hired because of Temp Services and every one started running in every direction using fear tactics, fighting for power that never existed until we didn't know who's family was in the company..
