Hello brother....my veiik pen dropped down from my hand ..after that it started drawing even i didn't touch the tab surface...even it hovers few Milli meters above the bord also it's drawing...i changed the nibble also...but facing same issue ..Plz help
Don’t know a solution. Something might have happened to your pen. You can try repairing the pen, but don’t know whether you can succeed or not. Best option will be to get a new pen.
I am showing no signal to the tablet, but the pen is working. When I download, it says successful download, I can get into the pen settings, but not the actual program for Veikk. I uninstalled and tried a different browser, that did not work. on the tablet the light is red, not green. Says No Signal. Do you have any suggestions? Emailed Veikk and awaiting reply.
I just got a veikk A30, I cannot get any of the settings to work. When I click any of the setting for the pen the software crashes and when it boots up its back to the default settings. If I change any of the settings in mapping it doesnt apply the changes and keeps it default. I've reinstalled the drivers, installed a older version of the drivers, updated my pc drivers, ran as admin, restarted my pc, used both the usb in the front and back of my pc and tried doing the pen settings you have shown in the video. Nothing is working, I really dont want to have to send this tablet back but this seems like a software bug :(

I have problem with vk1060pro: the function of brush zoom(brush changing size dial key) is gone and changed to gradient tool with a zooming of screen it makes work harder 😢 i can not to fix it by uninstal app, brush zoom pissibilities dont react as it has to ... In veikk software, rather than changing shortcut to brush size, input the keyboard shortcut which will be [] these 2 keys or some other depending on the app that you use.

My pen wouldn't draw on Photoshop (it's like it was stuck on mouse mode - but it wasn't!) so I went through every step along with you and it turns out all I had to do was tick "Enable Windows Ink". Thank-you! I was going to cry. A lot of help forums on the internet were for either Photoshop only, or Wacom and they were all extremely confusing. Thanks for making it easy to understand
My veikk pen is not working as it should, maybe due to some different settings, when i am using it to write on one note or any other software it is working as a pen as soon as i come in the vicinity of the tablet(as soon as the blue light is ON), rather, it should be working as a pen when i touch/write on the tablet. Moreover i can't "click" using it on anything, I have also changed the nib. VK640 is the model i am using.

Yh. It may be some software bug. Try restarting your system. Unplugging and plugging the tablet back. Reinstalling the software... If above solution is not working, then try the tablet on other system that you may have access to.. If you are facing same issue on your new system too, then you may want to replace your tablet as it might be caused due to hardware issue.

It is because of magnetic problem of metal table... Same can be expected when you place your mobile phone over Veikk tablet.... Try not placing tablet directly over metal table...
Sir i ordered a Veikk a15 tablet few days ago and the pen suddenly stopped working so I contacted the veikk team so they sent me a replacement new pen but it isn't working either Everytime I connect my tablet my both pens work just fine for 5 to 6 mins then the pen light stops blinking and the cursor disappears. Don't know a solution... It may be related to your usb port, usb cable or sometimes related to software.... Try uninstalling the software and install the 1060pro software and check... It might help, also try changing usb cable as well as the usb port

Sorry, don't know a specific solution.... If your facing issue in some application, probably the issue will be with that application as most of the application are not 100% functioning with windows ink.... Best option will be to assign erase function for any shortcut... Don't add erase, instead add the shortcut key for erase function

At 1:28 I killed the tabletdrivercenter.exe task from task manager.... If you are wondering about the size increase of Veikk application, you can do it from right clicking Veikk exe file or shortcut and choose properties and change scaling option

I have the driver, my veikk a15 pressure sensitivity works with other softwares but not opentoonz, although it works before. (I changed the location of my pc so I have to unplug everything)
try Heading over to task manager and kill veikk tablet service as well as tabletdriver center.... Then open veikk software again.... Also, check pressure settings in opentoonz.... Also try changing modes of your veikk tablet
Try completely uninstalling the software then reboot after that install the software then again reboot.....after reboot, end the Veikk tablet software from task manger.. Also make sure you don't have any other tablet software installed.
Hello :) My teacher is using this for our online class and we use cisco webex too. Everytime she will write the lecture,after few minutes it will delete everything. I don't know if she's pressing something on the pen but I know she's frustrated about it and she doesn't know how to figure it out. And about scrolling sideways, you may need to find the shortcut used for the same and may want to assign that key.... As mouse wheel scroll up and down does not scroll side ways in timeline

Try enabling windows ink option.... Mostly this type of issue is related to drawing software.. So best way to fix this issue is to Try using tablet on windows ink mode or just on tablet mode as some may be better compatible with the software
Are you saving the new mapped area? Personally, I never faced this issue.... So, I can't give an exact solution.... Try reinstalling the driver as it might help too
After enabling ink option did the mouse show a ripple effect when you click... It'd it's not showing then windows ink is not thanked properly... Try closing the tabket app and force close everything related to that from task manager them restart the app.. Then enable ink option

Yh... You can do that.... The scroller wheel can be assigned to shortcuts which you assign like scroll up or down or any keyboard shortcut.
Did you ever have an issue where the hotkeys like ctrl z gets sent 2 or 3 times, so when you press the hotkey for ctrl z it undos 2 or 3 things?
Nope... If your facing the issue, try changing the shortcut to ctrl+z instead of assigning it to undo which is available in the app.

Try downloading the veikk a15 pros software and check

Instead of assigning it erase function, assign the shortcut for erase tool of the app you are using

In veikk software is where you need to switch the shortcut to the shortcut assigned in photoshop

Choose pen mode and from display section change the screen map ratio to the area you need.

Veikk graphic tablet don't have custom recovery.... If you need help, be little specific about that.
No am not saying that, I recently unlocked bootloader of my mobile and forget to to install custom recovery and now I want to install custom recovery without wiping mobile data, now you able to understand?
Ok... so you unlocked your bootloader... Then to install custom recovery just flash the recovery file from fastboot.... It won't delete any data
In function if I choose a app normally the keys work but if I browse it and choose it then it is not working pls help
Make sure your choosing the correct exe file

If so, it might be due to some problem related to driver.... Try reinstalling the veikk software

@@TechCycle u told at 1:35 that exit thr program and end the task then re open the veikk software again, u'll find your tablet's name, but then also I am not able to find my tablet's name
Try replugging you device.... Also try changing the usb cable

Try closing the software and kill the task from task manager. If is not working Try changing usb port

@@TechCycle And a new problem arises. Its only registering pen pressure on Monitor 1, my computer's screen, not my tablet's screen. Do you know a solution to this?
Don't know much about that....may be it's related to settings in mapping section of the software.

I have the driver, my veikk a15 pressure sensitivity works with other softwares but not opentoonz, although it works before. (I changed the location of my pc so I have to unplug everything)
try Heading over to task manager and kill veikk tablet service as well as tabletdriver center.... Then open veikk software again.... Also, check pressure settings in opentoonz.... Also try changing modes of your veikk tablet

Try completely uninstalling and reinstalling the software

Try completely uninstalling the software then reboot after that install the software then again reboot.....after reboot, end the Veikk tablet software from task manger..
Also make sure you don't have any other tablet software installed.

Hello :) My teacher is using this for our online class and we use cisco webex too. Everytime she will write the lecture,after few minutes it will delete everything. I don't know if she's pressing something on the pen but I know she's frustrated about it and she doesn't know how to figure it out. She's kinda old for this techy stuff but we need to do the class online. Can someone explain how the pen works? It deletes everything at once when she's writing something. I told her she might be pressing a button but she doesn't really know. I want to help her. Thank you so much!
Can you try checking the shortcuts assigned? Delete key might be assigned to a shortcut key...
@@TechCycle thank you so much fpr the reply, I will ask her about it. One more question coz I saw on the video. One button on the pen says "pen/erase" so does it mean that when you click the button it will "write" then press it again to "erase"?

Yh... You can do that.... The scroller wheel can be assigned to shortcuts which you assign like mouse scroll up or down or any keyboard shortcut.
And about scrolling sideways, you may need to find the shortcut used for the same and may want to assign that key.... As mouse wheel scroll up and down does not scroll side ways in timeline

Try enabling windows ink option.... Mostly this type of issue is related to drawing software.. So best way to fix this issue is to Try using tablet on windows ink mode or just on tablet mode as some may be better compatible with the software

Are you saving the new mapped area? Personally, I never faced this issue.... So, I can't give an exact solution....

the shortcuts and the brush size in the wheel doesn't work😔💔
Try Changing the shortcut to keyboard shortcut rather than using brush size option from Veikk.

Did you add + while Assigning shortcut? There is no need for that

You can customize the button from function option
Ink option is not working bro
I have enabled it from this pen tab application also in word but it's not working
After enabling ink option did the mouse show a ripple effect when you click... It'd it's not showing then windows ink is not thanked properly... Try closing the tabket app and force close everything related to that from task manager them restart the app.. Then enable ink option
