Robust personality? I left Chilton this year and from my experiences of Mrs Barrety, robust doesn't do her justice, she didn't take anything from anyone and everyone in the class benefited from this. A great assistant with many a great story to tell

I think so, but the Supervisor could manage a team of cover teachers
