For solano county, how long does it take for the county to record once docs are sent from the title company? Im wondering if i’ll be getting my keys on the actual closing day..
Hi there, congratulations on your purchase! Typically Solano county records the same day BUT you must be released to record by noon or so. If you are released to records after 12pm, you will most likely be closing/on record the following day. I hope that helps!
I'm so confused with my situation. Signed all loan docs yesterday with a notary agent but the numbers from lender and title do not match. Lender's CD shows $840 to close and title shows credit refund to me. In my case, who could I confirm for the final numbers?
Sorry for the delay. It sounds like the title company and the lender just need to balance their fees/align their numbers and either should be able to confirm the correct numbers for you. Hopefully that’s already been done for you! Congratulations on your new home!
@Erika Monroe Solano County Agent thank you for replying back to me. This morning, I emailed the title, and he confirmed that the lender will need to review the signed doc and advise any changes.
