1,7 km². 😳I watched the whole video and I still can't fathom the size of this thing. 7,9 km² is my whole city!!! So this means that it covers 1/4 of my community. WOW! Also the interior is amazingly pretty, shining marble and all... Thanks for sharing.
成都有14335平方公里,2140万人口。
there is an Intercontinental hotel inside, live there for 2 days and you can enjoy all the facilities foods shopping and entertainment without going out, but there's no hospital inside. come and see it:)
Yes It's so big. I hope to visit soon.
Massive, clean and wonderful mall😁😆😆👍
its a wonderland for shoppers and gamers
I Was There as Well People..... It Does Take Your Breath Away!!!!
Waited for long since your last one driving. Glad to see your family again. Have fun!
Thanks Barret for sharing your experiences in China. Jia you to you & your family.
Thank you too!
It's huge!
That's what she said. 😆
3x
Incredible mall. The first thing I noticed is how beautiful all the flooring is. I liked the track floor in front of the sports stores.
Here in the hood in Manhattan everyone gets followed around in stores, but because they assume you’re going to steal, not because they want to help you 😂
And there’s music blasting in front of all the stores too 😂😂
Definitely agree with you about the water park. You’d think they’d have some way of controlling the number of people in the water at any one time.
Can’t wait for the next video Lee. Much Love to all of you❤️❤️❤️
Manhattan is truly a horrible place.
Nice!I want to go there to have a look!
Wow. One can easily forget the outside world 🌎. I like that glass bridge. What more can you ask for?
That mini racetrack is incredible. Wish I'd had it as a kid, I would of been spending all my time at the mall playing it.
I enjoy watching you eating ice cream🐶
You're right. If a shop plays loud music or loud noise to try to attract me in, I'd run a mile from it. The water park is way over crowded & they ought to have limit the amount of people for health & safety reason; not until after a bad accident. I'd contact the mall's management to voice my concern.
Are you jealous of China????😮
that is huge!!!
Wow. Huge.
Great video again. Those vending machine robots are in Shenzhen. Gangxia, Longhua Uniworld, Wanda plaza, I have seen them. What an amazing building. I am back in U.K. at the moment - reverse culture shock.
I was in the UK in March, same reverse culture shock. Have a good time in the UK mate.
@@BarrettYT Thank you. 🤝
That's great. I can't wait.
I spotted my favourite flavour at that gelato ice cream stall - Rum n Raisin👍🏼👍🏼😋😄
الصين عايشه في المستقبل ❤
Ok you took me back to my childhood with the racing car tracks.
Wow.
Thanks for sharing. Nicely done ❤
Amazing Chinese architects and engineers, keep it up.
5:20 in America this would be impossible. The entire machine would be stolen within an hour of its initial deployment.
This mall makes the malls in the U.S. boring.
😂
Incredibly amazing ❤
China is the best country in the world❤
American is the best in the world
@@adamsofficial8512😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 How is America the best country in the world?????😂
will be there for sure one day😊
It looks like an airport terminal from the outside.
Tbh, in today's global economy the building itself is much less impressive than the fact that it has so many open stores and shopping customers.
So beautiful video 👍👍👍
That ice rink is massive and nice ❤. I wish we have a facility like that. It can be really enjoyable watching skaters on the side or just roaming around while waiting for skaters to take lessons.
Lee, jia you!
2nd time i see this mall on youtube, personally not a big fan of shopping mall, rather get out there and enjoy the nature, but great video! actually the mall remind me of those outlet in Japan, but this one is probably 10x bigger!
Malls are great in china . Upto date.
The greenery around this shopping center is actually very well done, with a huge grassy green area on one side of it.
Wish to be there for sometime!
You're going bald at the back matey - the first shot with you walking in to the mall.
Texans love to say "everything is bigger in Texas," boasting Texas pride and the state's larger-than-life. A serving of food at Texas restaurants looks gargantuan, reflecting American appetite and also their girth. But they ain't see nothing like this Chengdu mall. (BTW: for safety's sake don't stand behind a rotund person on the escalator going up.)
Grande ese Mall.
China 🇨🇳 con grandes proyectos.
Just looking at the design of that shopping centre, I don't believe it's a zaha hadid building. That's not their style.
I agree its not zaha adid😊😊😊
@@cristan9322 我查了是他们设计的
Impressive! Watching it from California and I am envious.
Mobile vending machines, that's hilarious but cool
You are my favorite content creator of China! Big Love lee
Wow, thank you
very massive !!
Looks like you had a jolly good time
Indeed I did.
Insane❤
glad to see my home here, I live nearby
我就住在二街附近
Watching videos about Asia's infrastructure, technology, healthcare, investments, and construction projects makes one realise just how dumb and backward the United Kingdom is.
Whatever makes people form the impression the UK is a first world country!?
The world's number one maritime nation, the first colonial nation, the country that robbed the most land, a military power, an empire on which the sun never sets, a bunch of pirates.
Through brainwashing lol😂 that's why the western government is not encouraging their own citizens to travel to China lol😂
In memory of zaha hadid Iraqi ingenious architect, artist and designer,
Yeah. When I saw the outside, I thought it would be an airport or railway station😂
WOW this is incredible insane...nice!!
给心心!
Massive indeed, China way ahead😉
My goodness, looking at the buildings near the mall gives context and that mall is the size of a suburb.
I wonder how many entered when it first opened and are still in there somewhere 😂
Hope your kid doesn't get lost inside. It'll be a nightmare to find your kid again.
Losing kids anywhere is a nightmare, at least that's what the cctvs are for 😊
That means the kid is stupid to get lost.
I am sorry to hear that you had bad experience at Di5neyland in USA, but China has many surveillance cameras everywhere, unlike in USA. 😂
@@Anonymous------ these days every western nation is covered in cameras, we are on camera as we drive, even walking down quiet streets there are cctv cameras, on people's front doors, outside we are all on camera 24/7
That’s okay, don’t worry about our kids! We have plenty of highly developed intelligent and technologies to prevent such things happening 😊 we feel sorry for your kid that was lost before. It was a really nightmare for you. Hope that not happen again, and you can be a good parent.
China is amazing on every level
I guess you really found your element = racing cars with other 5 year olds 😊.
elegants supper nice
I need to visit here this is a marvelous set up of conviences
I don't think you have shown us everything. Is there part 2 and part 3?
Yes, there are two museums , one big water word, one big hotel in the Building. the other big part is for office. It is look like a small city.
Barret's parrot escaped yesterday. Searchers say it can be recognised by its cry "Don't make me eat any more of that foreign muck".
Shut up Jones you sarkey bugger. Anyway, he swills it down real quick with Starbucks. Doesn't even touch the sides.
America does need the Chinese to come here to develop our business and infrastructure, sorry to some of the politicians out there, we don't need your bullshit, inviting scammers here !
C est la Chine les asiatiques sont très intelligents en général. Tout est exponentiel. Les français l ont bien compris depuis longtemps.
Awesome
It looks good from the outside, good from the inside. 👍
Very very impressive.
It's like yesterday that China was surprising for the beauty of USA. Now It's the contrary and China its multiple times more beautiful than USA.
👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 China!
You are the best!
This probably took 10 yrs to build 13:01
Probably two or three in China, west would have taken 10 yewars and gone 3 times over budget!
❤❤
Great malls
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
*WOW*
huge mall!!!
Imagine how much those rentals payment be.
I want to see US put something glamorous like this.
Not in a million years lol 😂
I grew up near what became one of those "premier"-type malls in southern California--South Coast Plaza. It opened in the 1960s and was, as you can image, a novel idea, shopping and dining in a well lit, controlled temperatured area, safe for anyone. This near enough to the Pacific Ocean to enjoy mid-70s temperature daily, but c'mon--this was new. I mention this because the last time I was down there and checked on the mall, this was the same basic look of our upscale mall. I just asked Google and he says the mall is about 6500 miles from where I am in Portland, Oregon on the northwest coast of the Pacific. This is a vid of the mall, if you would like to compare and contrast😉. My girlfriends and I are convinced that we paid for most of the marble you would see at then end of the swankier side of the mall on our little "we'll just look" four hour extravaganzas that would take a couple weeks of work pay to make those bouts disappear financially.
There would be so much that I would want to see and do if I ever get to China, but it would be fun to spend a day shopping and dining with the locals. It's funny, but if everyone likes the same things, language is no longer nessisary.😀
There is a huge disclaimer/warning frame over your video here. When I log in to my VPN provider in another U.S. location (tried Atlanta, San Fransico, Girard, Memphis, etc.) it doesn't show this warning. I guess TH-cam has figured out all the standard U.S. IP addresses and differentiates all the other U.S. VPN IP addresses that may have users logging in outside of the U.S.
Average power usage is 20 million watts per month enough to do farming for 10 years for the same piece of land. Necessary though.
As new tech traits needs upgrade. To use more efficient ones.
No one cares.😐
This is great if you like hanging about in a mall all day and not experiencing the real Chengdu......a mall is a mall is a mall anywhere.
I’m sure Now Western jealous!😂
Not necessarily.
been there couple of times…
👍👍👍
没去过,有空过去看看
Get a mic while youre in there...loved the video..just shame you seemed to have to shout....but good video
No world biggest building in india diamond bore
Surat
Hi Lee, did you go to Paris to watch Olympic games?
Sadly not.
1.7 million square meters?. Is that correct?
Indeed it is
1000000 square meters = 1 square kilometers
Impressive mall but not nearly as nice as Dubai mall.
Both are pretty nice looking though! Can only say first-hand for the Dubai mall as I've not visited this one.
the 🍎store is a bit sus... ;)
China can build some massive structures
The Gap warehouse is larger than this.
Of course, it's in China. Where else would it possibly be?! Lol
😀😀🙏👍🙏😀😀
The Maal? The Mall. Mall. Not Maahl.
No there are many buildings like burz Khalifa bigger than this building
Title says " the biggest building"... .
Within the first 2 minutes, you say it is one of the biggest buildings.. .🤔
Is the biggest or not?
Take care bye bye
It's 3 x the size of the Pentagon.
Ice cream is expensive
giant walmart is giant hehehe
Do the Chinese celebrate Halloween? I would like to see how they dress up.
Only in Major first tier cities.
Dude, you been doing some arm wrestling? Your right arm is swol compared to the left? No offense, but it reminds me of a certain family guy episode, where quagmire comes out of his house and his arm is jacked and the other is normal size....lol...
