In this instance, Brian, the person who has this failing channel, is being undercut by his production team. Someone (perhaps his audio technician or his editor) is superimposing the voice of a screechy woman and a girly man to do the narrations in his videos. That's one of the main reasons his channels are failing. A screechy woman can be taught to speak correctly. A girly man is more of a challenge, but can be cured to become a normal and productive member of society. No one ever wants to be around a screechy woman or a girly man. It's not natural.
