Used to play it bak when Astrolabe was legal, it gave you great fixing and allowed you to play only untapped lands, and Ephemerate in an otherwise UR deck. Found a decklist so watch out soon there will be one more Bouncer! J.K. (only cause I don't play on MTGO) =)
Great as always, thanks for the content! I tested with meeting of minds recently and I am in love with it, but I have to try the cryptomancer now! I think I still prefer the Denizen for paper games since it can insta mill the opponent when time is short, but it is worth testing... Are you needing a lot of build up turns to kill with the cryptomancer?
@@kalikaiz I will try it!! Another thing is how you feel about the Mono blue fae matchup without the modern age? I was considering Inside out in the sideboard for the mirror and walls combo, but Last breath seems better since it can be used against fae too
Interesting build. Most of the deck is above ×/1. Have you tried playtesting holy light to help with mono blue? Yea it won't hit everything, but it hits most of the ninjitsu shenanigans and deep dish will just get stonewalled by most of your deck. A kicked bushwhacker with kuldotha tokens hates holy light too!

Vs mono red I basically treat them all the same which you can see the sideboarding for in round 5. Vs fae I probably just cut strands for a negate

I haven't used it as a wincon yet but even making drifter a 5/5 would push a lot of damage. It's basically +x/+x forever per 1 blue

The rg ponza deck is so annoying. For me it’s the combination of cascade and initiative. Initiative should be banned in everything 1v1.
