Was born in 95 and I remember all these commercials, I had such an amazing childhood thanks to my parents and grandparents and I'm so grateful to them for that.
I remember when I was a little boy back in the year 2001 I've always watched commercials on Cartoon Network before the show comes back on every time when there's a WWE/WWF or a Hot Wheels commercial I always ask my mom to buy them for me
Honestly that kind of (understatement.) Makes me more down... But in a melancholic way. How we all want to return to those times... Life was a tad simpler back then and so were we.
Christian B then why are u even here ? Like people who came to this vid for nostalgia, and we don’t want to be judged as losers . It’s just being a kid was something so special . I had a great childhood so I can speak for myself and I am proud when I look back
I was only 5 back then, and now I'm 23. 2001 was the first year I was watching Cartoon Network, and my earliest memories of Toon Disney and Nickelodeon too. I look back at this year as the start of my childhood nostalgia, and I really miss the early 00's for cartoons, the variety that was around back in the day and the way blocks and marathons were advertised that grabbed the attention of the viewer immediately. The early 00's Powerhouse/Cartoon Cartoons era of CN had the new cartoons at time mixed with the old cartoons our parents grew up with when they were children.
I turned 8 years old on May 18th, 2001. 19 years ago and some change, it’s so amazing to have the ability to cherish these kinds of memories of a simpler time, and still remember so much of it
Yeah... Don't remember the Shrek Ketchup one though, I wonder how that would of tasted man how I love to have an opportunity to Time Travel just to see/feel what it's like back in the day with more clarity.
And on average we were much happier kids... Such simple shit like blue butter, babybottle pops, cartoon network, gameboys and toys made us happy. Now its all about TH-cam and social media. :(
