Hello XecnaR, i've been enjoying your videos lately and i must say i am quite pleased to hear your thoughts process during runs, the small decisions that ends up costing me a run are things you ofter cover and see myself not paying attention because i try to play fast.
Thanks for uploading these... would you mind enabling transcripts on them, like on the old channel? It's fun to pipe it into AI to summarize XecnaRs games
It has a transcript. But why would you want to have an AI summarize the games it doesn't understand the context of what is being said and it's slop. Xecnar is probably going to summarize the runs after the streak ends anyways
It’s fun! It’s hours and hours of a person talking about a single topic so it’s a good testing material for different models to see how well they deal with a limited dataset. Llama 3.1 7B did okay on the interpretation but lacked context. I’m curious how Claude and and the Llama 405B do. If Incan grab transcripts from other top players, maybe something interesting will come out, or slop - but fun slop!
Just in case anyone’s still reading… Here’s a summarized list of some of XecnaR's *Slay the Spire* playthroughs based on the transcripts: 1. **Run with Defect, Pyramid and Red Form Relic (2023/4/25)**: - This run featured a reliance on Pyramid, Red Form, and operations. Early-game struggles included duplicating cards like *Riddle with Holes* and facing tough early fights. Survived with low HP but stabilized mid-game [oai_citation:8,primenumber - part 14.txt](file-service://file-dxfAsUM2xbCY1n7twodVfSMl). 2. **Silent Run with Frozen Eye (2023/8/2)**: - XecnaR leveraged *Frozen Eye* and other scaling cards to navigate Act 1. The key challenge came in surviving early Elites, but good potion and card management allowed survival, transitioning to a strong late game [oai_citation:7,primenumber - part 13.txt](file-service://file-FRVuy4eini7VdkXV4AQCOFMa). 3. **Defect Run Featuring "Chill" Card (2023/8/5)**: - Focused on defensive scaling with *Chill* and passive Frost orb generation. Key decisions revolved around handling early low-damage output. The build stabilized after picking up *Electrodynamics*, which helped clear multiple enemies [oai_citation:6,primenumber - part 13.txt](file-service://file-FRVuy4eini7VdkXV4AQCOFMa). 4. **Silent Infinite Combo Run with Concentrate (2023/10/6)**: - XecnaR pushed for an infinite combo run using *Concentrate* and exhaust mechanics. Managed to barely scrape through Elite fights in Act 2, relying on precise card management [oai_citation:5,primenumber - part 13.txt](file-service://file-FRVuy4eini7VdkXV4AQCOFMa) [oai_citation:4,primenumber - part 14.txt](file-service://file-dxfAsUM2xbCY1n7twodVfSMl). 5. **Run with Catalyst and Alchemize (Date Unknown)**: - This was a Poison-based Silent run, utilizing *Catalyst* and *Alchemize* to boost damage. Key moments involved saving potions for the heart fight and leveraging *Apotheosis* to upgrade the deck [oai_citation:3,primenumber - part 14.txt](file-service://file-dxfAsUM2xbCY1n7twodVfSMl) [oai_citation:2,primenumber - part 13.txt](file-service://file-FRVuy4eini7VdkXV4AQCOFMa). 6. **Run with Meteor Strike and All for One (Date Unknown)**: - This Defect run was focused on high burst damage with *Meteor Strike* and recursion with *All for One*. XecnaR struggled early on but managed to scale up damage through energy manipulation [oai_citation:1,primenumber - part 13.txt](file-service://file-FRVuy4eini7VdkXV4AQCOFMa). These are just a few highlights, but they demonstrate XecnaR's approach to high-level play, focusing on tight decision-making and card synergy to survive difficult fights and push through tough runs.
@@kkania Certainly seems like it needs more work, lol. Besides the obvious nonsensical points, those summaries don't really provide any interesting info about any of the runs (not to mention it's hard to believe the AI in general).
You are such an amazing player. It's so impressive
Amazing 🎉, can't wait for you to smash the streak. Unless you tell me he won't do it but I don't trust you 😂

@@kkaniaThis is a great idea! Would love to be able to look at a list like this when I feel like watching a certain type of run.
