My January has been insane I started crying in Barberschool 1 day and that was because of this story that I was telling my instructor about my dad (who is dead) and after that story I couldn’t stop crying so that snow balled into my instructor getting me back into Christianity and basically having therapy sessions with me about my life and the Bible and after all that at the end of the month and starting February I feel so renewed and I feel less alone so yeah, there are some random other details about January that I could say like my friend from work and I were having issues communicating with each other but have recently found a mutual understanding with each other and have become closer because of that I also uncovered more of his story and why he is the way that he is so yeah my January has been insane in the best way!
I am so tired of school lmao, my January was spent trying to not fall behind in literally the first couple of weeks. My most-listened to songs were Bremen by the PigPen Theatre Co. and Abstract (Psychopomp) by Hozier :)
January has been alright. I visited DC during MLK weekend and I saw snow for the first time. I’m on my second semester for my masters and I’ve been applying for summer internships. I’ve been getting rejections so far. It really is competitive out there. I feel your pain of not having a job. I don’t like the feeling of being broke either. But anyways other stuff I’ve been doing is getting back to reading. I’m reading the Divergent series rn. I’ve been watching new anime like apothecary diaries and a sign of affection. Which I recommend. I wish I had music to recommend. I just listen to Christian songs, 80s music, and sometimes intro/outros to shows I like lol
oh man it’s been forever since i’ve read divergent 😵💫 i remember really enjoying the first one and the prequel four in hs but remember nothing from the rest of the books in the trilogy lol
My January has been decent! I turned 23 during the end of December and made a list of things I wanted to accomplish for January. I did all but 2 things on the list but Im happy with myself for the most part! I’m in the process of leaving Starbucks so I can make some actual money, tbh I feel you on the unemployment. They’ve been cutting hours for employees nationwide for over 6 months now.. It’s time for me to go sis💃💃💃 Im entering the medical field because the idea of working 3 days out the week is very tantalizing. I’ve also gotten back into tumblr weirdly enough. I’m back into Batfam stuff atm and have been reading a ton of jason todd fanfic. ALSO! A fanfic I was obsessed with reading updated a week ago after 2 freaking years!!?? I was so happy to see it! But yeah, everything considered my January was very okay 👌
man good on u for making the decision to move up w ur job!! i hope u were able to find employment w much better benefits and if not, i hope u find it soon 😤😤
January was filled with: - Going to massage therapy school (which is fun but I just want to graduate and take the licensing test (the MBLEx) and w o r k) - Trying to get my sleep schedule together cause going to bed @4-5am ain't cutting it x_x (I can relate to have late starts in the day haha) - Reading a lot of Webtoons; my top seven would be: - All Colors of Snow (highly recommend) - Maru is a Puppy (very cute and random) - Klimt's Kisses - My Lucky Strike - FLOAT - The D!ckheads - Morgana and Oz Top 3 Songs this month would be.... - Show Me by Glenn Jones (an oldie but goodie) - Needing Less by Petrina DeLacey - Cuttin' Up by Aha Gazelle
My January has been filled with getting back into dancing, missing my friends dearly, and touching rocks. My younger sibling is currently in their kpop era and has also dragged me into kpop by forcing me to learn the dances with them. I had plans fall through with my friends and I’m hoping we can meet up soon. And I’m taking geology rn so I’m touching a lot of rocks. As for music recommendations I would suggest ‘like we just met’ by nct dream, ‘icky’ and ‘don’t recall’ by kard, and ‘we go’ by nct wish
omg kpop dances take work so kudos to u for learning them 😤👏🏽👏🏽 hopefully u can hang out w ur friends soon!! ik i miss mine when i don’t see them for several weeks :’(

January was okay I suppose. New semester at uni, but since I didn't feel like I had a break between the two my heart just hasn't been in it. That and the world generally sucking and health issues from a few family members keeping me on edge.
