Had an insight recently that the facts were quantitative and better questions and conversations needed more qualitative curiosity and sharing.

What I love about this is that you explained it in a way that is not at all condescending. Not everyone is comfortable making conversation because they worry about offending or they don't know how much in common they have with someone else (who may be just as shy).

I always have difficulty with making conversation with people and I always want to make it more interesting and engaging. This is a great thing to learn, as usual with your videos :)

Love it Vicky! I particularly love the "oh interesting", I always fall into that trap being an introvert. Thank you so much!

I like the way you express the method, it's clear and concise which works practically.

Vicky! This was so helpful, such a simple framework for a universally awkward problem. I think the framework will also work great for interviews . . .like you said, a way to see their values, Wishing you a great new year full of success. Your excitement, energy, and inspiration are contagious, always uplifting.

"Can I ask you a random question?"

The best one is where someone goes:
      "Can I ask a question?"
      And you say:
      "Sure"
And then talk to someone else.
What do they want? You answered their question enthusiastically!

This was great. I always tell people about the tiny gnome named Pippin who lives under my bed and throws my clothes on the floor while I sleep. For some reason the conversation ends there 😄
