Candy Corn mixed with dry roasted peanuts is delicious. Tastes like a Salted nut roll candy bar. Just mix the 2 together (lightly salted peanuts is my favorite) Soooo Good!!!
I use mason jars every day. I purchased some light blue ones that I use for my everyday glassware, I also use asparagas mason jars for my smoothies. I use them in my pantry - I transfer pasta, sugar, etc into the jars. It's the only thing that keeps out any pests like moths, etc. I use them for water when I paint, propogate my house plants, etc. I put left overs in them. Make layered cookies and give them for gifts. I keep one on my kitchen counter with a pair of sissors, a sharpie, a ruler, a measuring tape, and a exacto knife (a utiliary jar). That's just a few ways. Obviously, I love my mason jars.
Hey Shannon, Just a suggestion: When cutting the hole in the pumpkin for the Mason jar, you could have cut a cylinder circle all the way through to the other side of the pumpkin and just punched the styrofoam through. Then insert your mason jar. Then just line up the bottom of the mason jar with the bottom of the pumpkin. You're not going to see the bottom of the jar, because that's what is going to sit on the table or your decorative tray. But I truly did enjoy your husband's psycho sound effects.😀🌺
I adore your ideas. Always good when you include the hubs. Mine does funny things also, just love him. He's so funny 😅 my hubs likes to play his guitar & make a funny song about it everything.😂.

DT had badminton racquets last month. Cut a circle from the mesh and glue inside your mason jar lid. You can make many from one racquet to sell or use as gifts. I also found an old tennis racquet for $1 at Goodwill to use this way.

Rub your surface, hands, knife and pumpkin with dryer sheets to control the styrofoam bits. Beautiful arrangement.
