- It was a magical moment when I walked into my local Dollar Tree and found CHRISTMAS items are finally being stocked! That means it's time to stock up and get to Christmas crafting friends! I'm sharing new finds that only $1.25 and items I also found in the Dollar Tree Plus section that are $3-$5 each. We are also crafting some of these new finds from a lantern, wood bead candy canes, wood disc ornament, and a fun and easy way to count down the days until Christmas with jingle bells! No, there are ZERO Christmas items in my $ Tree. They're set up for Halloween, which I loved as a child, but do not care for as an adult. I love watching you craft, Shannon. You always have the best ideas, but Christmas and Easter projects are my favorites. Christmas has always been my favorite holiday and I've seen a lot of Christmases at 76. I'm still kicking! 🎄❄️⛄️

I love how you encouraged everyone to go our own way with the macrame reindeer. I can see myself feeling like a failure for not following the directions exactly, but you showed that there are more ways than one to succeed and come out with a sweet little ornament. Brava!
I feel that way sometimes too! It can be a little intimidating to try something new! It's way more fun to make up your own rules/directions and do it in your own way anyway 🤗 I am so glad this was encouraging for you! Might as well give things a try! (even if it's only once and you decide it's not for you). Happy crafting!
I love the macrame reindeer! I still have some things I made in the 70's. There's no Christmas here yet but then again there's not much of anything. I was in the DT last week and they had hardly anything. The store was a disaster and it was upsetting. I've never seen it in that shape. Christmas? Not hardly and not even any Halloween...at least hardly any!
Oh no... I do hope they get their store together. Especially in time for the Christmas roll out...

I love Christmas items in store. My youngest daughter's middle name is Hope and my middle daughter's middle name is Noel. Easy to find ways to incorporate them into the decor.

Happy Sunday! I am so sorry you aren't feeling well. I'm not sure if you noticed my different tone in this video. I also wasn't feeling well this week. I got a spider bite that threw me into a weird sickness, paired with the harsh meds, I just didn't feel well. But I was pulling through! Hope you get some rest and feel better soon too!

My Dollar Tree has a few Christmas craft supplies out. I’ll be honest when I rounded that aisle and saw the Christmas stuff I got real excited and yes I bought a couple things. 😂 🎄

The wood signs are my favorite to paint, all the snowflake needs is a coat of white Paint and light blue glitter.

Yes Christmas 🎄 is in my stores! As a crafter, the earlier, the better 🤗 I’m loving the almost Fall right now and still crafting and decorating but it’s nice to be able to buy a few items that sell out quickly for Christmas crafting ☺️
I have 5 dollar trees within 5 miles of our house and they're all just starting to put Halloween out. Christmas comes out after Halloween. That's how it works around here. Lucky you. Love the advent tree idea. Thank you.

My DT not only doesn't have Christmas yet, they're still slowly putting out fall & Halloween. Guess when it's 90+ degrees with high humidity, it's hard to think Christmas.

So nice! No Christmas items yet at our 🇨🇦 DT stores, but I haven’t been for about a week, so maybe? They have had a lot of fall decor & fall craft items, so it’s promising that they will bring in some of the new Christmas ones. We don’t have DT plus sections, though, so likely won’t have the lanterns, etc. Thanks for sharing these ideas!
