Hi Brandon, do you have any tips how to create a community? I live in a small city (with roughly 45k people), but there is no community at all. Would very much welcome tips how to turn this around.

You can’t create one you just find out who plays and play with them

I would look at campfire, and look if there’s any meet ups happening around you, I also live in a small city and there’s meetups with over 60 people fighting raids and such

I would say to create a group before hand and try to use campfire as much as possible to recruit people and spread the word about the group. also in real life if you see people playing just go up to them and talk to them and try to get them to join the group as well. Make sure you have a discord channel as well!

When you see a raid you are interested in, set a flare. Individuals on Campfire who are nearby will get the notification.

Thanks for all the answers so far! For context, my city has a campfire community with roughly 220 people. However, I feel like my community is just not active (anymore). I have tried the chat in our community on campfire quite recently, but have not received replies; I appear the only one walking around, so cannot do any (shadow) in-person raids. Hope this clarifies things further - it's such a shame and frustration to play this solo/isolated. I will try to schedule a meetup as per the suggestions and see if that kick things off.
