They claim on the job injuries and take disability and early retirements far more often than make officers and rarely put in their full 20 years but still manage to collect full retirement in many cases. Bless all our police officers, first responders who choose to serve and protect. For context: female cop tried to detain shoplifter. Shoplifter whooped her behind and she ran away crying. Then a bunch of male cops showed up and fixed everything for her.
No one should feel more sorry for her, than they would for any male cop. In fact, she took the job and the .gov allowed it. This is the problem. Some jobs just aren't for women, just like some jobs aren't for men.
Some jobs are just tough, for both sexes, and this is one of them. I’m grateful to anyone who puts their life on the line to serve and protect. Women are stronger in some areas, but men obviously take the lead in physical strength. It’s not a job where you can pick and choose the type of calls you attend and knowing the dangers I take my hat off to these females for getting stuck in and getting on with it.

Some jobs are just tough, for both sexes, and this is one of them. I’m grateful to anyone who puts their life on the line to serve and protect. Women are stronger in some areas, but men obviously take the lead in physical strength. It’s not a job where you can pick and choose the type of calls you attend and knowing the dangers I take my hat off to these females for getting stuck in and getting on with it.

Using your "from what I have seen" form of research, I find it is radically high, possibly because what I see is stuff that made it onto You Tube for a reason, and not actually reflective of the actual overall stats, which would certainly give an unfair perspective and not a valid representation of honest statistics. Do you think there are ever any department policies dictating when an officer is expected to request back up, no matter if they feel they need it or not? They probably have different policies for males and females yeah? Maybe different policies for those fat body males in uniform I see so often also yeah?
