rather admire the Vikings for their loot
the Ulfberht swords are frankish and were made somewhere in the Rhine Region of modern day Netherlands or Germany
.....and they weren't made by casting steel into a mold ! that only happened during the bronze age with a completely different alloy and in a couple of more recent hollyweird productions.....
