Just wanted to say thank you for posting all these videos. Your way of cooking really speaks to my soul. Seriously, you are such an inspiration and have helped me tremendously. I have always hated cooking, even though im good at it, i always see it as a chore that takes up my time. But that is starting to change and it really is because of your videos. Now, i find myself taking the extra time to chop different veggies, adding fresh herbs, or making a sauce to go with my meal, because i actually want to and it makes me happy 😊

Even though it wasn't a textured soup, what ideas would you suggest to add texture just on top...like for a crunch? As always thank you & much respect

Wondering why you didnt soak the lentils overnight ? Becus i always hear they need to be soaked
Red lentils don’t need to be soaked, and its Quick to cook (10-15min) this is why it became commun in plant based diet 😊
