As much as Polene’s bags are lovely… I just want to give a heads up about their customer service for Non-Influencers. I am currently going back and forth with them about a belt I bought where the hardware snapped and fell off in public. They won’t do anything since it’s outside the 15-day return window (it’s been 22 days since I received it). It’s just something to keep in mind.
I appreciate you sharing your experience and hopefully you’ll be to return it ♥️
I’ve heard this as well. A lot of influencers have a wonderful experience with Polene. But regular people seem to have such a difficult time returning or getting good customer service! I’ve ordered one bag from thank and thank goodness I haven’t had an issue with it so far because I don’t want to deal with their customer service!
@@pher2712 Yeah.. they got back to me this morning and claim since I admitted to wearing it even ONE time they won't accept a return, or even an exchange! A belt is supposed to be worn!

This is so sad. I love their bags but I buy them all with my own money and do reviews to help others make their decisions and because I like them. But I do know that if you're unlucky enough to have any issue there's no guarantee they will take care of it. Sadly, many of the newer companies have this problem. I think that if they can afford to give away free hand made bags left and right they should be able to afford to take care of occasional quality issues to keep their loyal paying customers happy and coming back
Take THIS Chanel!!! The quality of polène is amazing!!! Highly recommend!! Also have the nr one micro and added the clasps LV is using, so the strap is a tiny bit longer and looks fabulous! (And yes, LV should also look up to polène regarding quality as well!!!)
So I have the Cyme in leather and it comes with a separate pouch that can be connected to the inside of the bag with a D-ring and also can be turned into a wristlet. It is great for work but not traveling on a plane IMO.
I am in love with the new Tonca.

Mini: - Lucky you to have such a gift from Polene. The appeal of nano bags has passed me by. They all look silly to me no natter what make. All my bags must be good-looking but practical. With that in mind, the Polene Cyme Tisse looks really wonderful. And it's reasonably priced. The only con I see right now is the lack of a crossbody option, but I will look at that bag again for sure. 👍

The amount of detail in those bags is insane! perfect lippie holders for a tote or for travel. I take a lot of lippies. I wish they had the number 9 mini in beige or this pinkish nude color. I have the old number 11 in the camel and it’s beautiful. Thanks for the review Minnie. Their bags are gorgeous! And that leather! So that micro bag has 9 adjustments. Meanwhile some if the LV bags don’t adjust at all🤦🏻♀️

I have the micro one and you are not kidding its a cutie. I first heard about the brand through. The Micro one popped up in my feed and i could not resist getting one.

You are pronouncing correctly. Tissé in French is pronounced like « tissey » so you pronounce is perfectly. 👌 (French is my first language). It means weaved as a weaved material if that makes sense. Great video Mini! 💖

1+ year late to this video but oh my goodness, the tiny little Numero Un Micro is sooo crazy cute! You've convinced me to get that and the Numero Un Mini in matching colours. I plan to use the Micro purely as a pouch. I'll remove the Micro's leather strap to use with the Mini instead for whenever I want to swap out the chain strap.

I have the Polene Cyme Tissè in beige that I use as a beach bag and my does it fit a lot. I was a little scared since the material is cotton but I haven’t had any issues with stains or lint so far. 😍😍😍

I think thay are very cute I have one in nano uno size in black and matching card holder .the only downside from that bag is I must take off phone cover in order to fit my phone comfortable.I wish that they made that bag half or one inch wider.other then that ,they are beautiful and unique brand love it.
That would be good for sporting events as well, since Venus/Arenas have size restrictions.

Love the new bags! When you unboxed the CYME TISSE i was worried they didn’t send you the pouch that it comes with. Then, I checked the website and realized that the TISSE doesn’t come with the pouch only the all leather version comes with the pouch. I am still contemplating which size cyme would work best for me. Thanks Love! ♥️ As for a quick comparison on the bags you mentioned: the No.1 is very spacious, love the versatility and the leather is amazing. The Givenchy Antigona doesn’t have an adjustable strap but I love the opening due to the ease of the zipper. Plus the leather is incredibly durable as well. They are somewhat comparable, one just has a friendlier price point but both are great bags. ♥️

It seems like those small items would spill out of the first micro because it’s open. That would be frustrating. The second one closes so that could work. For micros lovers these are cute. I prefer to carry a wristlet when carrying the bare minimum so mini and micro bags aren’t my jam. Thanks for sharing!

The bags are cute! One question on Poléne -- the bags look lovely, but they seem cumbersome to open and close, especially for an "errands running day" like you mentioned. Do you find them practical for everyday use?
I use my No. 9 (regular size) quite a bit and I honestly thought it would be a pain to get in/out of because the handle is in the middle, but much to my surprise, it’s pretty easy. Some of their styles are great for errands, others can be a little difficult. It just depends on the bag you’re looking at. For example, the No. 10, Umi and No. 8, were a fussy to get in/out of. They didn’t work out for me. ♥️

Did you review the number 9 on your bottom shelf? If not, please do😊great video but for me, the micro bags are a waste of time!! They can use the remnants to make a nice tassel or key chain. I love their bags but won’t be adding a micro to my collection.

Cyme is pronounced like "lime". Those straps clip onto themselves to keep them out of the way if you don't want to cross them over.
It actually not how to pronounce it (French is my first language) it’s pronounced like « seem » the « y » in French is pronounced like an « I » which is pronounced like a « e » in English.
