4 Gal backpack- not building pressure

  • In this episode we diagnose and do a simple repair on a 4 gallon backpack sprayer. The technician states that it wasn't building enough pressure. The tendency for the user is to pump harder, and that is not good for these backpacks.
    This sprayer was cleaned out before being used in this video. We always encourage proper PPE when dealing with sprayers and products. While this may not be all you can or should do according to the manufacturer, just some simple tips that work for us.

    Do a Jacko Backpack Sprayer with the same issue of no pressure or dripping nozzle.

    Already told you all to bless your service techs with the BEST in the industry Birchmeier or Flowzone, whya re you using cheap ass backpacks, lolz

      Yes they are less expensive. We use birchmeyer in our Omaha office. Everything works if you take care of it.

      Easy to say they are cheap when you aren't the one paying for them mate. Add the cost of how many a crew needs..it soon builds up..a real Owner takes care of his equipment, an operator will most likely just use it...this is coming from someone who works for a company and doesn't own the business...
