1. Listing riots isn't how a constitution works. None of what you mentioned are policies. That critique works in the case of Owaisi because he holds the position that he believes in the constitution insofar as it allows him to practice his religion. Nobody on the Hindu right believes in that, because the constitution has taken a reformative approach on the Hindu religion.
2. We played the Bhaichara game for 7 decades. Every single Indian Muslim intellectual I have met, heard and read makes it a point to mention that they don't associate their history or lineage with Aurangzeb but with their fiqh and peer/dargah. But when it comes down to state led reform, the response has always been on the street to defend the Fatwa e Alamgiri and structures made by the same people you don't want an association with.
3. All the canards about the community are not propogated but earned over a separation of time and region. I was associated with leftist student group in the late 90's-00's and even protested the Babri incident. But seeing the kind of vitriol and falsified history changed my mind too.

No Hindu is forcing a woman to keep that Sindur, how many women do you see everyday with Sindur or Tika, most probably when you go to temples, even in temples most of them don't apply sindur. We should all try to understand that Hinduism and Islam are based on different contradictory ideas, beliefs, practices and customs and thus, possibilities of polarisation would always be inherent to socio-religious system of India.
Secularism is a vague concept of ensuring harmony and equilibrium between these 2 contradictory school of thoughts whereas in reality, a true sense of cohesiveness or cohesion could never develop between the two.
