@@jimbojones3124 I respect so many Hawaiian surfers since the history of surfing and many others from around the globe. ....but DH is on a totally different level....and he delivers it to us viewers with his Mom's tracks from the 70's.....It's like nothing I have seen before. It really makes me connect back to when I first fell in love with surfing in '76. At 58 I can barely get up fast enough on a mush burger but I will always have that feeling of youth when I am out there.....thanks to DH for that.

Did this once........stayed in a perfect wave too far inside.......hit backwash.....came off board.....board popped up and WHAM!!! right between the eyes......started "chumming" the water immediately
When I saw the thumbnail I thought “no way...”. You guys were truly pushing the limit on this session. Some good waves, but death-defying? Couldn’t you get waves like this at Sandy’s or someplace where at least the bottom and shoreline is flat, lol??? Some of the ones that you passed on could have killed you! No joke! hmm.. just had one epiphany: you have to be an experienced surfer to truly appreciate Ho n Pringle videos. If you're not a VERY experienced surfer; you have no idea what Mason and Sheldon are doing in this video. ..only a surfer knows the feeling.

@@floridaboy9641 yea it's a quick steep drop for sure but after a couple times you would get it wired. I noticed the other dude surfing with Mason made every drop. We're all different but I wouldn't have trouble dropping in on that
