i would put a regulator at the output, instead or with the zener diodes, mobiles are kind of expensive a few extra cents in the charger would save a mobile and a had ache later

HELP sir, without connecting zener diode the voltage keep on rising upto 12v but when i connect zener diode the voltage drops down to 0, no matter i reverse the zener still the output becomes zero.
