...The city is behind in development of the downtown for past 20 plus years, either we always had bad mayor's or something else is there. Since Shahid Khan arrived, they did more and invested more than anyone previously, god knows for how many years back. Politicians need to say goodbye to the Church and start investing more than ever before. And i could never understand these questions to citizens of a city about who should pay for, please, non of them will pay anything with their own money.

What happens if the Jags turn back into a pumpkin and having losing seasons? This is a bad idea, for now. Give the team a few more years to show it will be a force in the NFL.
That would be weird seeing the Jags playing at the Baseball Grounds if that does happen, but we'll see. But I'm kind of surprised with the price tag that it may not be a completely new stadium.
