Elizabeth Has A Rough Day At Shadybrooke
February 18th, 2010
Elizabeth's first day at shadybrooke is a rough one, filled with illusions, tears and even Helena Cassadine. She has a talk with Patrick (a really good scene by the way), and then has to deal with Helena all over again. Lucky comes into rescue her.
I love Patrick and Elizabeth. He's a great friend who doesn't judge. Since nobody in PC has the right to judge anyone, it's nice to see.
Becky knocked the scenes right out of the park! And I loved Patrick going to visit Elizabeth. I’ve always loved their friendship. It’s too bad that we hardly see Elizabeth’s friends anymore. With everything she’s gone through, it was nice even back then that she had people to rally around her. Now, she only has Franco, and that sad.
Helena, dumb dumb! Elizabeth is owning up to what she did because she went to Shadybrook voluntarily and is getting help for the boys and for herself. I love the way lucky told Helena to leave or he would blow her head off.
Becky, Tyler, and JJ all should have one Emmys for the storyline. I wish we could get back to this where affairs were juicy like this on soaps. I didn’t like Niz during that time, but the acting was phenomenal on all parts.
I loved Patrick and Elizabeth scene :) It was really sweet
I love that they kept Patrick & liz friends. I loved that she was his " best woman " at his wedding to sabrina. Gh is good at male female friendships Jason & carly & jason & brenda , robin & jax & sonny alexis & jax. Although when alexis & carly had that epic confrontation alexis admitted she loved jax. I think it wss implied by carly she was in love with him but I think it was just love between dear friends.
I loved this scene between Patrick & liz it was really sweet.
Don't forget Ned & Brenda, Louis & Sonny.

I've ALWAYS loved Helena. Still do. I like the fact that she is sneaky. She is one hell of villain if you ask me

_"You're too strong not to bounce back."_ It's not always about strength. Even the strongest people can fail to recover. Being strong means never giving up. Besides, most people wouldn't have broken down to begin with under those circumstances.

I was too busy to watch around this time. I’d always heard that Elizabeth’s breakdown was fake, but nothing here suggests to me that Elizabeth’s distress isn’t real.
there WAS a time where she did fake one, but it wasn't this time round, this was definitely real. I think it was a little over a year later (maybe even early 2012?)

I don't hate Liz, on some level empathize with her. I just think she doesn't give herself room to do the right thing

I love the Patrick and Liz friendship! I wish Lucky would stay far away from her. She is so much better off without him. Liz is about the only person on GH that pays foe her sins!
kissessl so true, and every time something happens to her, she gets the extreme consequences. When Sam did what she did to Jake, all she did was lose Jason. There was nobody else who was so angry that they either refused to look at her, talk to her, or even touch the way Lucky was talking to Elizabeth during this affair. I’ll always be a supporter of Elizabeth. Liz has for the longest time really been the only reason why I watch GH. And she still is.
@@ghfan51184 I agree. I hated the way GH scapegoated Elizabeth to make Sam look better and to make Jasam happen. It wasn't right. Elizabeth's family is apart of GH history and legacy and they have been ruining her character. I stop watching after this storyline. Nobody pays but Elizabeth
