I was just curious if you have positively influenced people within the startup you work in and if it helped others become more productive as well? Often I've noticed that companies tend to stick to their regular way of making things which for me personally is demotivating. Also, I've watched a bunch of your videos and I don't get how you find daily motivation for work 😂
So usually we just have one person taking notes for the meeting to keep things efficient. but the meetings database is shared across the whole team so everyone has access! Also I think I'm motivated because I'm one of the fortunate ones who loves her job!
I find that most of the companies I've worked for actually love that I have a TH-cam channel. They see it as a part of my experience in the marketing field! I guess it depends on what industry you're in but if anyone has an issue, I'd just say it's my hobby (which it is!)
