Speaking of Nina, nice using her T3 OST, her hayashida step and her snake dash (forward down forward neutral then repeat) would have been nice to see.. Anna can do the same jank snake dash as Nina as it's basically canceling their creep step
there is a lot I left on purpose like king d,n,2+4,b / feng bryan dragunov qcf,u / dragunov d,n,3+4. Just wanted to cover well developed usable techniques that have forwards and backwards motion
Now do episode two with stance canceling - like Heihachi's Raijin stance cancel loop - and cancel-into-sidestep/sidewalk moves - like his Demon Executioner cancel (f2~1, u_d) and even Bryan's b2 canceling.
You can rapidly sidestep back and forth in Zafina's Scarecrow stance to do a realigning pseudo wavu, can approach much quicker than you normally can in that stance
I was doing back back, down (sidestep), back back, and thinking it was the Korean back dash cancel all these years lmao maybe now with some practice my back dash will actually look and get cleaner
Julia can cancel her “cheese !” taunt into movement options. I’ve managed to snatch a couple rounds by doing the taunt to make the opponent think I’m going for a mid only to cancel it and sneak in a low.
All these characters be having cool dash names, when Kunimitsu's is called the ha step and Lei's is the haha step. And just as I thought that's funny as shit, it got to Chloe's tihi step. LMAO
Hwoarang can claymore cancel(df3f) from backturned as well, good option to run away and waste time when you have the life lead and time is about to finish. I think the input was 1+2,3+4,df3,f... and 3+4,1+2,df3,4... without delaying other in won't come up. By the way do you know how to do hwo's bt 1+2 throw? I know that the 2 throw is bt 2+4,b
@@TK_TheFURY which lever are you using? Is it the lever itself or the switches? I’m trying to think what could make your lever loose. Maybe a worn out grommet?
you cancel it by pressing up and it exist not only for dragunov but paul, bryan and other characters with sneak step as well, you can guess the reason why I haven't shown it in this video
When you press d, df quickly after the n the previous crouch dash is canceled and replaced by the next so it is a crouch dash cancel technically. Some players even call it "ravu wavu"
@@TK_TheFURY basically it's more like d, df, d, n, d, df, d, n... It's not exactly hard, just weird. Kinda looks like T-bagging while moving forward. Covers less space than mishima wavedash but high crushes all the time. Players like Pinya or Goattack use it a lot.
I think u mixed a lot of normal moves with cancels which is digression from the purpose of the video Like bob , noctis and king's rolls, they are not cancels
Intresting video, will you do something like this for all generic moves and maybe rating them S+ to F for generic move such as df1, df2, magic 4, hopkick, orbitals etc.?
Iirc there is an alternate haha step input for Lei (and Kuni probably) that goes even faster than that in animation, and it involved d or db i dont remember exactly, and they told me it works faster than just holding b
It indeed is b3+4~b b3+4 but the one shown in video is way more evasive and works better in tekken 6 onwards, for a bigger step you have to hold b before inputting b3+4
It indeed is b3+4~b b3+4 but the one shown in video is way more evasive and works better in tekken 6 onwards, for a bigger step you have to hold b before inputting b3+4
@@TK_TheFURY ... If you do it from neutral the first cancel is ff, pretty sure. I guess that after the first one it just buffers an f press everytime like Bryan's taunt. I didn't know.
@@TK_TheFURY huh... No it's not... Nevermind. In memory it's an ff cancel, you input 1+2 and then ff. I'm guessing one f is buffered from f,n so it becomes f,n,1+2,f,n

Marduk VTS cancel? Can't get range on combos without it.
I need a Tekken 8 version
Jesus christ I've never seen anyone able to wavedash like that with king. That's insane brooo. Sick execution
I can do it only on keyboard, it's much harder on stick
@@TK_TheFURY Same! But I'm gonna use Jin to practice on fight stick, King's wd is manageable on Keyboard
Oh my god, he's God
I mean majin did it in tournament with a PS4 controler, more fast , for combos with ISW After the wavu ^^ nice execution from fury 2
@@shamorph1106 majin's the king of the world tho fr fr
Gigas also has a backdash move from golum stance. Up back. It's pretty evasive and covers a lot of distance.
xiaoyu doing the cali roll gave me a fight or flight response damn

sure if there is enough stances for a full video
Didn't realize how good Nina's T3 theme was until now.
Yeah me neither
T3 OST is the best
the triangle goes hard bro
King's Wavedash is just too hard for me. 🤣
Everyone: *Fancy Dashes*
Gigas: *Menacing Walk*
Josie also needs a wave dash smh
Truth! Having a cancel-able wavedash might make her mind games too strong though.
That or remap her CD moves to other commands; she's way too vulnerable when trying to CD and apply pressure.
she might have it already, there is a buffer after df input, now somehow I just need to skip it
Hwoa also has fox step. It has a large back dash Distance and can be cancelled.
King's wavedash was clean af
Definitely the grooviest special movement tutorial I've seen 🎵🎶😌🎶🎵
There is also Yoshi's MED stance cancel
3+4 to go into MED
d~db, n, 3+4
rinse and repeat.
you can also just press b for a shorter distance
It took me til Tekken 7 to ealize how goofy wavedash and backdash cancel looks.
Yoshi back turn cancel is also cool
Nina's T3 theme. Awesome. And nice topic too!
You can rapidly sidestep back and forth in Zafina's Scarecrow stance to do a realigning pseudo wavu, can approach much quicker than you normally can in that stance
Ub1 ff4🤣
You forgot Jin's ↖️ 1+2

Good luck
That zafina outfit is clean!
Honestly this should be in the toutorial
LC Tihi step i'm crying
Btw, Ling can taunt cancel as well for what it's worth ! Fun vid
Never thought of usong steve flicker cancel for movement
I will try it
I does usually just backdash
Julia can cancel her “cheese !” taunt into movement options. I’ve managed to snatch a couple rounds by doing the taunt to make the opponent think I’m going for a mid only to cancel it and sneak in a low.
used to bait counter hits, mostly df4,2,bd1 near wall for huge damage
You forgot Nina hayashida step cancel that looks amazing...
Lei has different haha steps, he has haha sidesteps, Tiger cancel forward dash and Tiger cancel back dash
All these characters be having cool dash names, when Kunimitsu's is called the ha step and Lei's is the haha step. And just as I thought that's funny as shit, it got to Chloe's tihi step. LMAO
No one:
Lidia: HEY HEY HEY HEY HEY
Only thing i can say is that, there is no Leo's qcf sway cancell
Creo que es diagonal arriba atrás si mal no recuerdo
Great informative video!
Thanks bro 😎

you need to buffer some moves or stance before df3. the input is same
i believe the throw is bt 1+3f
Leis haha step can be done much faster than that love to see it go rapid
you should also add LEI's B 3+4 into back dash cancel
Bryan has the most hilarious one imo
THE WAVEDASHES IN 2X SPEED SO FUNNY
I would also suggest Jin's Zen and CDS cancels. If you're good, you can combine them both with wavedash to make insanely diverse movement

Maybe explore the channel?
Make a video
Dude know what he do by putting Leroy💀💀💀
Should see the Lei spam cancel he just goes “HuHuHuHu” at 100 MPH
The hwoarang claymore cancel is too funny bro I would lose my shit if someone did that to me online 🤣
Nice!, You didn't mention Lei's true Haha step b+3+4~b or the qcf~u and qcb~u cancels.
You forgot Hwoarang fox stepping
forgot shaheen's dfdf~db stealth step canceling?
didn't include it on purpose like kings d,n,2+4,b / dragunov d,n,3+4 etc.
Your wavu wavu is insane fast!
but not consistent since lever on my stick has become very loose
@@TK_TheFURY which lever are you using? Is it the lever itself or the switches? I’m trying to think what could make your lever loose. Maybe a worn out grommet?
I played heihachi for a while strictly for the laugh
Unfortunately the Yoshi Kincho doesn't have cancel (a fast cancel with block) and it's Impossible to spin evade or go to meditation
nice vid, you forgot dragunov sneak step though made by inputing qcf, its not used but it exists
you cancel it by pressing up and it exist not only for dragunov but paul, bryan and other characters with sneak step as well, you can guess the reason why I haven't shown it in this video
No hayashida no party
But backsway characters + kbd = hardtime for newcomers
Was waiting to see MST cancel with Lee, I love using that, just f * u * f...
I would like to see how the pros dash back/forward with kunimitsui
Very well timing
Rojer Jr/Alex can do both Mishimas and king wavedash
trivia from me.. julia is not the only one who have buffer grab. master raven also and is buffer way longer than julia mad ax.
True but mad axes is commonly known for it and is a bit faster than other throws
Do you sue a fightstick. Cuz i don't know if these wavedashes can be done on a controller 😅
King's wavu wavu is dope
Maven can do a continuous snake dash by doing d, df, n, d, df, n...
not a cancel technique but yes she can do that
When you press d, df quickly after the n the previous crouch dash is canceled and replaced by the next so it is a crouch dash cancel technically. Some players even call it "ravu wavu"
I see, I'll test it. thanks!
@@Goteiii You can also cancel with a sidestep. Since you're crouching, it's always left on P1 and right on P2.
Cool video but missing some major ones, right? Hayashida step for Nina and Paul. Law’s flip (both forward and backward). Law also has a FC WD.
You forgot Lee's hms dance
AK shadow step cancel should be here as well
you can't repeat it for pressure, it's a one time tech will be explained in character offense and defense guide
dunno about kunimitsu but lei can also do a faster version of his haha step by inputting bb
Marduk's vts cancel should be on the list, and also leo has a couple too.
I think u mixed a lot of normal moves with cancels which is digression from the purpose of the video

Intresting video, will you do something like this for all generic moves and maybe rating them S+ to F for generic move such as df1, df2, magic 4, hopkick, orbitals etc.?
already working on full character guides 15 days per character maybe starting from mid sept
Bryan and paul can also do qcf u qcf
Idk about the rest cuz I only play Law, Steve and Ganryu but you can dash much faster with Steve

Yoshi med cancel?
not a linear motion but yes you can cancel it into moves as well. I'll explain in full character guide
@@TK_TheFURY you can do back cancel with med by buffering like d~db or just back and sidestep also
no jossie ?
nope
Yoshimitsu wade dash?
Julia has a wind roll to back thats never listed on the move list
Which leaves her in back turned? What's the input
@@TK_TheFURY it's just frame during the wind roll done with tap ~b. Leaves face forward with similar follow ups just like wind roll.
cool video, but i think there are 3 different ways for lei to haha step, some are faster but riskier etc.
The one shown in video is most usable and best in tekken 7, other methods were better in tekken 5 and prior games
Josie rizal wavedash? Ravens one you cn cancel with up sidestep to get some insane coverage
Bro side step wali combo guide bnao
Jo side side hoTa
Iirc there is an alternate haha step input for Lei (and Kuni probably) that goes even faster than that in animation, and it involved d or db i dont remember exactly, and they told me it works faster than just holding b
Lei it’s b3+4 ~b b3+4 quick succession
It works like a kbd but it’s more demanding
It in a way it’s more superior to kbd because 1 you can add your own Twists to it either back turn and you’re not crouching like a kbd
It indeed is b3+4~b b3+4 but the one shown in video is way more evasive and works better in tekken 6 onwards, for a bigger step you have to hold b before inputting b3+4
