Green Scar is basically dumbed down by the Leader, Green Scar is the Strongest One There Is, The Leader isn’t, Green Scar can get stronger and stronger, The Leader while having some level does not have the Finesse Of being an Actual Hulk, Basically Abomination I guess. If memory serves correct Al Ewing already said Green Scar > Devil. It’s likely since Bruce and Savage’s Main amigo is out, the alternative gets the flow of power or? Angry Devil > Leader Scar.
As far as Hulk History, it’s dope to see that the Gamma accident didn’t cause all of this to Bruce, but amplified what was already going on inside of him. I think those are the most relatable heroes in comics because the truth is, none of us would be 100% heroes because what we’ve been through would manifest in whatever powers we had. The same can be same about WWB Hulk. Once he started destroying planets in the Dark Dimension and Absorbing Gamma Bombs that Extremely boost his powers. Marvel began to depower him in the lastest Issues. Just like they do with all the Hulks.
This is interesting. I think Devil Hulk is more interesting then the Greenscar to me, and Iike the fact he is the defensive ID. ITs interesting that his origins lay as a defense Mechanism reading Paradise Lost and wanting a Father/Knowledge and seeing a Serpent. Good Stuff.
This issue makes me wonder if the devil hulk was influencing Bruce when he killed his dad. Since in Greg Pak’s run, Bruce admitted to Wolverine’s son, Daken, that he didn’t kill Brian by accident. I think that personally the strongest hulk isn't Devil, or the Green Scar hulk, it would probably be the absent Guilt Hulk. For two reasons, that thing overpowered two hulks at once multiple times as a physical feat. Now this is just grasping at straws but maybe Bruce's guilt continues to linger the more time passes by unlike the hulks rage which comes and goes. Really that last bit is all speculation on him really and we might never know unless Guilt Hulk actually makes a reappearance.
HoTM is Green Scar as he says himself that he held back in New York and he also goes world breaker again when ArmCheddon threatens She Hulk and ABombs life.
This is probably going to sound stupid.........but the strongest hulk is banner. All the other hulks only get the strength that banner allows them too.
You're not wrong. Thats part of having a personality disorder like that. They are all banner. Not in a "we are venom" way but literally they are all pieces of what makes banner banner. Now that banner accepts that about himself all the hulks get to come play.
It remains to be seen how strong/ powerful Devil Hulk is. So far, at least, he has shown a different skill set. I would say a more advanced set. Hulk has always had healing powers, but he had no control over it. He would just heal. Devil Hulk, however, controls it at will. Hulk has always absorbed gamma radiation, but he had no control over it. Devil Hulk absorbs it at will. We actually even saw a combination of those two abilities in the threshing place issue where Devil Hulk drew out the gamma out of a little girl and effectively healed her. His ability to smell when someone is lying. This Hulk seems to be more prone to evolving as needed. Even he himself is still learning about all of his abilities. I wouldn’t be surprised if he ended up being stronger than even Green Scar. Green Scar is as strong/ powerful as he is because of the trauma he suffered on the Planet Sakaar and because he and Banner were on one accord about everything. I’ve maintained that this was a logical next step after the WWH and Heart of the Monster stories because that was the “darkest” Hulk we had ever gotten any full on stories about. People say until Devil Hulk, the Hulk had never willfully killed anyone. But that’s not true. In Heart of the Monster, Green Scar killed a whole planet full of... whatever kind of beings they were. We were told it was a prison planet and it was filled with nothing but the worst kinds of criminals. This effectively removed the barrier of guilt for Green Scar/ Banner and so, we got a Hulk that could destroy whole, entire planets with gamma ray bursts from his body. Well, Devil Hulk and Banner are only continuing to fall more in line with each other, just like Green Scar and Banner. And Devil Hulk by default doesn’t have any guilt holding him back. Trauma? The original trauma may be enough. Maybe there’s more trauma ahead. Here’s the thing... There’s one more factor going for the Devil Hulk that Green Scar, as powerful as he was, didn’t have. Devil Hulk doesn’t just have Banner in agreement with him. He also has Savage Hulk and Joe Fixit in with him. That next issue shows The Professor Hulk and what even looks like Maestro, which before now had never been shown to be a personality within Banner until much later in the future. Sufficed to say, it seems like we’re headed for a grand merging of all the Hulks we know of, including Green Scar, all behind the Devil Hulk. Remember when “Green Scar” was showing Baby(Savage) Hulk around the mind scape some issues back? Of course, that was Green Scar possessed by the leader. He showed contempt for all of the Hulks. Devil Hulk, Joe Fixit and even Savage Hulk(called him a moron, but then caught himself). He had to refrain himself in order to carry out his plans. Every time he showed contempt for the other Hulks, Baby(Savage) Hulk would say to him “Hulk is Hulk” and the leader(in possession of Green Scar) never understood what he meant by it. What I take it to mean is that he’s saying that they are all ONE! Dissociative Identity Disorder is about one person with a fractured mind, but all of those personalities are actually one. This is another reason why I say this is the perfect follow up to WWH because in that series, there was an ongoing theme of a question as to who exactly was in charge... what personality. Was it a new one or was it just Banner in control of the Hulk’s body. Even Rick Jones wasn’t sure who he was dealing with and when he thought he figured it out and said “You ARE Banner”, Green Scar replied saying “No, Banner is me”. Anyway, it seems like Savage Hulk is making the call. Almost like a child who just wants the family to stop fighting each other and come together. If Devil Hulk has all that going for him, he most likely will be even stronger than Green Scar.

This origin story sounds like Eric Bana's Hulk. Which people seem to hate, but I love it.

The same can be same about WWB Hulk. Once he started destroying planets in the Dark Dimension and Absorbing Gamma Bombs that Extremely boost his powers. Marvel began to depower him in the lastest Issues. Just like they do with all the Hulks.

This is interesting. I think Devil Hulk is more interesting then the Greenscar to me, and Iike the fact he is the defensive ID. ITs interesting that his origins lay as a defense Mechanism reading Paradise Lost and wanting a Father/Knowledge and seeing a Serpent. Good Stuff.

This issue makes me wonder if the devil hulk was influencing Bruce when he killed his dad. Since in Greg Pak’s run, Bruce admitted to Wolverine’s son, Daken, that he didn’t kill Brian by accident. I had always assumed that it was Gray Hulk who was whispering in Bruce’s ear during his fight with Brian, but now...

I think that personally the strongest hulk isn't Devil, or the Green Scar hulk, it would probably be the absent Guilt Hulk. For two reasons, that thing overpowered two hulks at once multiple times as a physical feat. Now this is just grasping at straws but maybe Bruce's guilt continues to linger the more time passes by unlike the hulks rage which comes and goes. Really that last bit is all speculation on him really and we might never know unless Guilt Hulk actually makes a reappearance.
HoTM is Green Scar as he says himself that he held back in New York and he also goes world breaker again when ArmCheddon threatens She Hulk and ABombs life.
This is probably going to sound stupid.........but the strongest hulk is banner. All the other hulks only get the strength that banner allows them too.

You're not wrong. Thats part of having a personality disorder like that. They are all banner. Not in a "we are venom" way but literally they are all pieces of what makes banner banner. Now that banner accepts that about himself all the hulks get to come play.
It remains to be seen how strong/ powerful Devil Hulk is. So far, at least, he has shown a different skill set. I would say a more advanced set. Hulk has always had healing powers, but he had no control over it. He would just heal. Devil Hulk, however, controls it at will. Hulk has always absorbed gamma radiation, but he had no control over it. Devil Hulk absorbs it at will. We actually even saw a combination of those two abilities in the threshing place issue where Devil Hulk drew out the gamma out of a little girl and effectively healed her. His ability to smell when someone is lying.
This Hulk seems to be more prone to evolving as needed. Even he himself is still learning about all of his abilities.
I wouldn’t be surprised if he ended up being stronger than even Green Scar. Green Scar is as strong/ powerful as he is because of the trauma he suffered on the Planet Sakaar and because he and Banner were on one accord about everything. I’ve maintained that this was a logical next step after the WWH and Heart of the Monster stories because that was the “darkest” Hulk we had ever gotten any full on stories about.
People say until Devil Hulk, the Hulk had never willfully killed anyone. But that’s not true. In Heart of the Monster, Green Scar killed a whole planet full of... whatever kind of beings they were. We were told it was a prison planet and it was filled with nothing but the worst kinds of criminals. This effectively removed the barrier of guilt for Green Scar/ Banner and so, we got a Hulk that could destroy whole, entire planets with gamma ray bursts from his body.
Well, Devil Hulk and Banner are only continuing to fall more in line with each other, just like Green Scar and Banner. And Devil Hulk by default doesn’t have any guilt holding him back. Trauma? The original trauma may be enough. Maybe there’s more trauma ahead. Here’s the thing... There’s one more factor going for the Devil Hulk that Green Scar, as powerful as he was, didn’t have. Devil Hulk doesn’t just have Banner in agreement with him. He also has Savage Hulk and Joe Fixit in with him. That next issue shows The Professor Hulk and what even looks like Maestro, which before now had never been shown to be a personality within Banner until much later in the future. Sufficed to say, it seems like we’re headed for a grand merging of all the Hulks we know of, including Green Scar, all behind the Devil Hulk.
Remember when “Green Scar” was showing Baby(Savage) Hulk around the mind scape some issues back? Of course, that was Green Scar possessed by the leader. He showed contempt for all of the Hulks. Devil Hulk, Joe Fixit and even Savage Hulk(called him a moron, but then caught himself). He had to refrain himself in order to carry out his plans. Every time he showed contempt for the other Hulks, Baby(Savage) Hulk would say to him “Hulk is Hulk” and the leader(in possession of Green Scar) never understood what he meant by it. What I take it to mean is that he’s saying that they are all ONE! Dissociative Identity Disorder is about one person with a fractured mind, but all of those personalities are actually one. This is another reason why I say this is the perfect follow up to WWH because in that series, there was an ongoing theme of a question as to who exactly was in charge... what personality. Was it a new one or was it just Banner in control of the Hulk’s body. Even Rick Jones wasn’t sure who he was dealing with and when he thought he figured it out and said “You ARE Banner”, Green Scar replied saying “No, Banner is me”.
Anyway, it seems like Savage Hulk is making the call. Almost like a child who just wants the family to stop fighting each other and come together.
If Devil Hulk has all that going for him, he most likely will be even stronger than Green Scar.

Basically unstoppable- this devil hulk seem to have been with banner the longest- making him his first thoughts of the “hulk “ in Bruce imagination .... just think it cool to hear someone stick up for the hulk also - devil hulk should be used waaay more looks sick ,in my opinion
