Nipple adenoma (41:48) Incredible case, I believe that this entity is underdiagnosed by dermatologists, because we almost always think of nipple dermatitis and psoriasis, also we do not like to take a biopsy of the nipple skin, many times the symptom is intense itching and a slight discharge or persistent scab and the patient uses topical corticosteroids for a long time. To keep in mind.

thanks sir for your effort, I always recommend your channel to the pathology residents. I was not good in skin pathology, now I become better. when I confronted with skin biopsy, I remember your explanation and try to categorize it. I am proud that I am one of your oversee resident.

Another amazing session! Just wanted to point out that Mascaró (in syringofibroadenoma of Mascaró) is pronounced with the emphasis on the last "o", not in the "a". I thought you might like to know that.

Thank you! I didn’t realize there was an accent mark on the Ó. I speak Spanish (somewhere between beginner and intermediate level) and have dabbled in French. One of the things I struggle with in Romance languages is remembering when the accent violates the usual rules. I guess that’s why accent marks exist!

@@JMGardnerMD Well, actually Mascaró is a Catalan family name (Catalan is the language that we speak in a region of Spain called Catalonia). In any case, it is also a Romance language that developed from modern Latin, and so it has accent marks too (two different accent marks: open and closed). It is wonderful that an English speaker person would like to learn other languages. Congrats!
