- Overland road trip in the Land Rover Defender 110 Camper. Exploring Mid Wales. Wild camping by the Welsh mountains and next to a stunning reservoir.
5 days sleeping in the Alu-Cab Gen 3 expedition rooftop tent. We had some awesome sunny days, mountain snow followed by 28 hours of winds and rain. Cooking on the Petromax firepit.

Thanks Mr n Mrs B👌 A great follow up, as you said, to the Dartmoor trip. I always remember Wales being wet and over the years our church has had conventions there in June, it still can be cold but there can be lovely warm days as well🌻☀️🌤🌦🙂
Wales is a bit like Scotland if you don't like the weather give it 15 minutes and its all change.
Fair play sitting it out for the day.

These are some pretty narrow roads they have in Wales, if you meet another car one of you has to back several kilometers. The first night it was not where Becky had pitched his tent right down at the water's edge on an early trip. The chicken troms look better over open fire than otherwise, the fridge again. 😁
You are very observant, yes that first spot is where Becky camped 👍👍That fridge might need a new door soon 👍👍

Another thing I can remember is going to see and hear on February 10th or the 11th hard to remember it so long ago but we went to Wigmore Hall in London and heard the Mozart Players concert was great. In Joy mate

Jeremiah Johnstone ( never heard of hi, but I imagine from the wild west days), would have been fending off wild bears and spear fishing for his dinner , and not calling on Mrs B. to bring him dinner in bed !! Love your Overland vlogs.

After watching one of your uploads here last year, I got myself a Petromax and OMG am I soooooooo pleased with it.

Went and had a look last week. Gated at bottom of the lane and locked. With sign directing to nearby NT Parking. Such a shame.
